I came to this establishment with my family to buy ice cream, and we were rudely served by a short young lady with brown pigtails. She acted like we were inconveniencing her and she also touched the banana in our ice cream with her bare hands. She also under portioned the ice cream, leaving half empty, and rolled her eyes when I mentioned this to her. Awful experience, she shouldn’t be working at the store.

Bought midnight delight cake yesterday for a birthday celebrations. Upon cutting and consuming the cake, we saw bluish something in the cake part. taste also was like dirt. ice cream part was okay. ended up throwing the whole cake. ruined our birthday celebrations.

Got the white chocolate raspberry. Asked the worker what she recommended – she recommended brownie which was a very controversial suggestion apparently. 10/10 delicious.

The girl who served me with washing dishes in the back did not wash her hands and came out directly to me to make my ice cream. Then proceeds to get my waffle cone with her bare hands with no gloves on after she had been handling my money. I asked her to please get one that she had not been touching with many hands and she put gloves on. WAFFLE cone STALE.

Manager needs to do a better job in explaining cake orders. Especially for a $90 custom cake. She made no attempt to rectify the situation but instead blamed it on me. I have been a long time customer here and she just lost a loyal customer. Also, the counteracts are dusty and grimey. The signd/displays need to be replaced. I don’t buy ice cream from here; only the cakes that are pre-made.

The ice cream is delicious. My issue is with an employee. She’s tall with curly/full hair. Both times same employee was present. She’s more concerned with making waffle bowls (both visits), than helping customers.
She is doesn’t seem interested in making the ice cream or customers happiness. Tonight, I had asked for a large. After mixing the ice cream, she put it in a medium bowl. I then stated, I ordered a large. She then slammed the ice cream in a large bowl, got some plain vanilla and smacked it on the top. Didn’t mix with the original order. She sprinkled something on top and that was it. She was clearly irritated with me. For the price if this ice cream, you would expect better service. I won’t be going back to this location.

27 dollars for a love it, Like it, and a small vanilla kids cone. And then you have to tip for a job they are paid to do. Like for what? serving me ice cream that is their job? a 5 to 7 min. Or less encounter. RUNNNNN. YOU SHOULDNT BE ASKING FOR TIPS. ITS SO AWKWARD. literally its sends you to tip. What do you want to tip? Lol crazy. Cops teachers doctors service at stores dont get tipped but you have to get tipped to do your job at an icecream shop ………

RUDEST COLD STONE IVE EVER BEEN TO. Mariyah had an attitude and her side kick co worker on mothers day. First rule it was only 1 mix in on a like it size for my son, and I asked since when? She rolled her eyes and said since i worked here. Then her little attitude co worker Asian guy said well its 1.29 per mix it. I said so no problem I’ll pay… I assumed I looked poor to them. Then when I asked for a spoon again attitude. I called her out and told her I didn’t appreciate her attitude.. I got silence.. no apologies. Will never come back to this cold stone. She didn’t even take my phone number for my points.
