The sweetest thing happened. As the employee name Franco ! was making my ice cream, he poured the extra into a small cup just for me. While I was waiting for my girlfriend’s turn to receive her ice cream, that little gesture made me feel like a kid again happy, cared for, and excited to come back. It reminded me of my inner youth on how I love ice cream, how even the smallest thoughtful moments can make my day feel special. Just like this ice cream, the employee made everything sweeter.

I was quite shocked by the condition of the store, the toppings all looked old, there were little gnats flying around the ice cream station was a mess. I was not impressed, yet I still ordered a cup of ice cream. I was quite shocked by the price, a small was $6.99. Will not be going back any time soon. I did notice they had ready made cakes available. They looked good.

I Was VERY disappointed….today when I came in….I have been coming here for the last 2 days and my total was the same price….TODAY I come in and my total was 3 dollars more than the last 2 days first they said they couldn’t wrap my ice cream in suraan wrap like they did the last 2 days….then they charge me 3 extra dollars for the same thing.. .im DONE with Coldstone ….this is obviously a fraudulent establishment and I refuse to be taken advantage of

Unkept counter dusty topping containers workers look like they sleep overnight wrapped in home fleece blanket sweaters and unkept faces and hair. Ordered silk smoothie added nuts and Snickers micro plastics are probably bigger than the Snickers I got crumbs of snicker coating chocolate. Not nuts miniscule amount of Snickers. Haven’t been to cold stone in 11 years and quality man has gone down perhaps the reason I stopped going and forgot. Disappointed.

Went there specifically for the Nintendo flavors with the matching character-specific cups. When I ordered mine, they short changed me on the amount of ice cream and put the Super Mario flavor in an Animal Crossing cup. When we asked about it they tried to say it was “randomized ” which is total BS. For the price they charge, they could at least give me the dang character cup I wanted.

Delicious ice cream with unique creations. I was getting the chocolate peppermint, but they ended that one. It was my favorite. I tried the chocolate cupcake and now it’s my new favorite. I add Reeses peanut butter cups to it. My husband always held the Founders Favorite. Nobody makes ice cream creations as good as Cold Stone.

They didn’t mix in the toppings good so make sure you see when they mix them and ask to have it done right. They just cut the kit Kat in 4 pieces and called it a day, so disappointing. I was busy trying to decide what else to get so I didnt notice until I started eating it. They had a lot of staff and were cleaning up and mopping in the kitchen and serving area, a bit distracting, especially since they were not closing for another 30min.

It’s was between Cold Stone and Tastee Freeze @weinerschnitzel. Should’ve went with Tastee Freeze. Spent 20$ on a medium signature blend and plain Chocolate in a cone. The portions are VERY small for what they charge. What I got looked nothing like the pictures displayed. I remember when Cold Stone first came out, the Ice cream barely fit in the cups. The Icecream I received didn’t even hit the top of the cup! Also the Ice cream tasted and looked watery which means the owner of the independent franchise store is being cheap and serving ice milk. Will NOT be spending money at Cold Stone anymore. Very sad how the quality has gone down. One good thing is Servers are polite.
But don’t waste your $$ here. Go to Baskin Robbins, Tastee Freeze, Dairy Queen, or Rite Aid for thrifty ice cream.
