Outrageous markup of ice cream cakes at this location. In June 2023, I paid $52 for a 6″ round Oreo Cookies and Cream Extreme. In June 2024, I paid $65 for a 6″ round Cake Batter Confetti. Now, in June 2025, the cost for a 6″ round Cookie Dough Delirium is $72! Taking my business elsewhere.

It is too expensive for what it is. But, this location is fast, friendly, and gives you the most Ice cream they can for in the cup and makes sure your toppings go into the ice cream. Plus, cool Lion statute out front.

I got a triple pint of coffee ice cream with add ons, the add ons were caramel, fudge, graham cracker pie crust, and marshmallows (I paid extra for the marshmallows) I picked my order up and only got coffee ice cream with no add ons then when I tried to go back they were closed because it was New Year’s Eve I’m very upset because I know the one by my house at usc WOULD NEVER do this don’t come here. I was charged for something I did not receive buy at your own risk

How can I not give Coldstones 5 stars? Founders Favorite, extra pecans, in a waffle-bowl with whipped cream on top. Enough said.

Five stars for the woman who worked there on Saturday. She made me my oreo, sweet cream and sprinkles on top. In a waffle cup. Kind of pricey but it hit the spot. Some women spotted me with my ice cream and commented on how good it looked. I told them where I got it. Little did they know how much effort I went through to get it. Ie all the driving and talking to other Cold Stones to find the best store.

Quality of products here is consistent with other Cold Stone locations, the ice cream is top-notch. Portion sizes (including toppings) are also consistent. Quality of service, however, is not up to par with other Cold Stone locations as the employees get lazy and less professional towards closing (which loses money for the business and leaves customers dissatisfied and not wanting to come back).

I should have paid more attention to how she mixed my ice cream. I got the cookie dough one and I had massive chunks of cookie dough in only part of my ice cream. It definitely needed to be mixed more! Also, it was melted. It wasn’t worth the $22 for two love it sized ice creams.

Why does this place have such a low review… that is ridiculous! The service was nothing short of spectacular. In fact the moment I stopped in, I felt like I was literally a celebrity. Each order is carefully to our exact specifications. They aervings extremely generous. Imagine an on overflowing ice cream mountain in each pint or container. Why do they even have lids, it practically is useless after the ice cream bulges out in quantit., in a good way of course . Thank you coldstone, you may be cold but you absolutely warm my heart. Ironic isn’t it?

The service was questionable, I got a very bad stomach ache after eating their icecream.(could be from the lack of gloves) Employees do not wear gloves, maybe it is just my ignorance, but I would assume gloves are mandatory when handling ready to eat food. The ice cream was not mixed well and the cups did not look appetizing. Payed around $13 for two small cups. Was not worth it!!

A crying shame. Cold Stone is a lovely idea – a create your own flavour sort of deal, where ingredients of your choice are mixed into the base ice-cream flavour of your choice before your very eyes on the eponymous cold stone…
But the ice-cream just isn’t up to the standard of so many of the independent stores (and even other chains
..) to be found in LA. Lacklustre flavours and textures, and backed up (in Culver City’s case) by a lack of interested, engaging staff.
The biggest problem I have, though, is the price point. Ludicrously over-priced when compared to the likes of Salt & Straw, Swedish Scoops, or even Benjee’s. If you’re producing a budget product, you should not be charging premium prices.
