Our favorite spot to go with friends when we all hang out and get ice cream. This time think they were remodeling or something so place was a bit messy but we got our table and enjoyed our ice cream and place got pretty busy and only one person was working so poor girl was busy but she got it . She did good .

Im very disappointed. But I guess it’s happening everywhere with everything. For a “less than” 1 scoop is right under $5. They must be using a teaspoon for the toppings. That saying “less is best”? For my topping, there was 2 bigger chunks that coulda went in the bowl but all got scraped into whatever is underneath the counter. I don’t think it’s worth the price. This is my 3rd time trying and at different locations, 2 other states, and I have the same opinion overall with Coldstone icecream places.

The icecream was excellent.
As for the staff, one young lady was excetional. The other 3 need coaching or a new career path.
The building left a lot to be desired. Tables needing cleaning floor was dirty and a lack of general maintenance. The restroom although fairly clean had no toilet paper or paper towels.

We went today and sadly had an experience we weren’t expecting. In my boyfriends icecream, there was just two whole strawberries. Not chopped up or anything, and barely anything else mixed in. In mine, the cookie dough was in two huge chunks. They couldn’t be bothered to actually cut up the big stuff or mix in enough caramel or chocolate. Oh and mine had random sprinkles and peanut butter throughout. Both don’t belong in what I ordered, which means their stations haven’t been cleaned properly. All I know is that we won’t be back. $20 for mediocre ice cream isn’t worth it.

Almost every time I come into this Cold Stone the workers are rude and not welcoming. They often close nearly an hour early. They usually don’t have all of the flavors ready. I would not recommend this place. It’s unfortunate this is the only Cold Stone in Farmington due to the poor service. 🙁 I’d recommend management step in and make a few changes because they really do have the best ice cream, but the poor service dampens the entire experience.

It was ok. Our 1st time there. Didn’t know how to order or what they can do for you. The lady didn’t even help us. She just said there this ice cream or you can mix em with whatever. I was like . There was more to it and I didn’t know. So we ate our ice cream and left. Ill stick to Baskin Robbins

Ice cream was delicious of course but the girl at our location, you can tell she doesn’t want to be there and wasn’t very friendly and it wasn’t just today, it’s every time I’m in there. Just thought I’d let you know. I think her name was Gessel.
