They provided outstanding service from the moment I walked in. Both were friendly, patient, and so attentive while helping me choose my ice cream. You can tell they genuinely care about making customers feel welcome. My order was perfect, and they made the experience fun. I had not been, in years. I showed up and there was a long line. Yet the team working was fast and efficient. Once it was my turn I was not sure what I wanted and Jared made a recommendation which I accepted. Jared’s creation was delicious! It was the best ice cream creation I had ever eaten. I will definitely be back soon!

Went in on Friday night- October 17th. It was about 6:30 and I was surprised by the great customer service. Most places right now just don’t have any sort of service, especially from younger employees.
I didn’t catch her name but the girl who served us had shorter dark hair with red in the front/bangs. She was so sweet and helpful and patient while my kids looked at every flavor and topping. She even offered to put the gummy bears on the side so they wouldn’t get too hard mixed in the ice cream. Great service, she deserves a raise!

Shout out to the young lady named Rain! Amazing customer service during a rush and made sure to ensure no cross contamination for my brother with celiac disease. I hope she is recognized for taking initiative amongst her peers. We got our ice cream very quickly ! 10/10 will come back

I don’t know what their policy is on the order in which they serve people but I came in tonight and ordered one single shake. They took my order, and I proceeded to stand There for over 30 minutes as they continue to take orders and serve people who came in the store after me. I’m not sure how it makes sense to serve 4 to 5 groups of people with two or three items each before serving a customer their one individual shake. After waiting and seeing other people continue to get served behind me, I asked how much longer it was gonna be as I had been waiting for 15 minutes already the young lady behind the counter told me “I’m sorry for the wait, You just have one shake and the ice cream is hard”. Yeah she scooped and served probably 8 to 10 bowls ahead of that so I really racked my brain trying to think on how that correlates to such a long wait time.
I’ve only been to this location for myself once or twice in the past, however I have picked up a few DoorDash orders here and it’s always an excruciating experience because they seem to only start the DoorDash orders once they get a lull in customers coming in, which again is absolute BS.

I used to come to this Cold Stone about 3 times a week for over a year, but ever since they hired new staff, the service has gone downhill. The cashier, Samantha H, has absolutely horrible customer service—she was rude, throwing things around because she was upset, and gave me nothing but attitude.
The new guy (long hair) doesn’t even know what’s in the orders and was literally asking customers what’s inside. I even saw him blend Oreo ice cream with milk, and then Samantha told him it was too much milk and poured it BACK into the gallon. That’s beyond unprofessional and completely unsanitary.
I was so disgusted I couldn’t even eat the ice cream I paid for. This location used to be one of my favorites, but now it’s disappointing and gross. Management really needs to do something about this.

We stopped for some ice cream, not to busy at the time we went. Service was good, nice and friendly. Ice cream was made to order, and good portion. Place needed some TLC, tables need a wipe down, floors needed sweeping.

My granddaughter wanted Cold Stone so off we went. We both had magnificent ice creams. I had to crop my granddaughter out but she had chocolate chip mint. I had one of their recommended combinations. Very good.
