Went in there because this location specifically had the almond milk shake. Upon ordering, my husband saw them adding regular milk to the almond milk ice cream. For medical reasons, my husband cannot have dairy. If my husband hadn’t seen them add regular milk, he would not have known and would have been very sick. Ended up getting the almond milk ice cream only. This is concerning because if you order a dairy free ice cream it should be assumed that the person has either an allergy or prefers plant based milk. He could have told us when we ordered that they were out of almond milk instead of just adding regular milk. We will not be returning.

I ordered a birthday cake for my 5yo son and picked up the day before the party. The cake was not at all as pictured online. He specifically chose the cake because the picture online showed the sides completely covered in sprinkles (his favorite!); however, when we picked up the cake, there were barely any sprinkles on the cake. The description even states “topped with rainbow sprinkles” and there were hardly any sprinkles on the cake. The employee up front, was kind, but unable to help or offer a solution. Since it was the day before the party and the business opens after the party would start, I couldn’t send it back to have it fixed. My son was understandably disappointed. The product should match the pictures online. This was a drastic difference from what was advertised. See pictures below for comparison (online photo vs. cake received). Two stars since the cake tasted good and was ready on time.

Took my Daughter here for her Birthday! Who doesn’t love Ice Cream on a birthday! I had Black Cherry and mixed in some Twix. The wife had Vanilla but got it loaded with all sorts of crazy candy and chocolate. She was pretty happy with her outcome. My daughter went with Vanilla and had a bunch of different chocolates mixed in. Service was quick and the two guys serving us were great

Delicious ice cream. Unfortunately not very generous with their serving sizes. They eliminated the dome lids and reduced the portion sizes. $17.35 + tax for two Gotta Have It sizes with one mix-in. Yikes.

I love Cold Stone, I love ice cream period. I was very impressed with this location because the employees were NOT annoyed when I told them I had an allergy. They went out of their way to make sure there was no chance for my weird allergy to be triggered. I tried the Monster Cookie Mash, very surprised at how great the flavors blend.

This location is clean and well managed. The line moves fast and the staff is helpful. The Apple pie a la cold Stone is my fave. The employee helping me with my order made a suggestion to swap out the ice cream and it was spot on. SO good. We love this place.
