They are always so friendly when I go in. The Apple case is of beautiful with all the different flavors of apples and they always have my favorite apple pie but I love the new pumpkin spice one they have. The cakes cases are also beautiful and I love getting cakes for all our special occasions!

I enjoy going to the .Murray location of Cold Stone. It seems cleaner than others and it has efficient great service even when its crowded. The ice cream is really good! If they have new flavor I ask to get a sample and they are glad to do it. I have never bought a cake, but they are decorated nicely.

We ordered a custom-made ice cream cake for a birthday from Cold Stone. We also got a large ice cream for my daughter who has celiac disease. The ice cream cakes from Cold Stone are delicious. The chocolate ice cream and cake are rich and fudgy. I love the many choices for add-ins and embellishments. Cold Stone always has done an amazing job with each cake we have ordered from them.

Me and my wife wanted ice cream one night. Google ice cream near me, read the review saw some negative reviews, decided the hell with it went anyway. Perfect service perfect cleanliness food portion’s perfect. So it was a great experience.

Staff have definitely turned over here. They are more interested in flirting than working. My Love it size only had as much ice cream as a Like it. Plus no masks. We’re still in the middle of a pandemic. Lastly and most Disappointing is they no longer understand what it means when you say “my child has food allergies, please pull from a new container in the back.” It’s unfortunate as this was our goto location.

We frequent Cold Stone as it’s one of the few sweet treats my daughter can enjoy. I wrote my original review below two years ago. Still today I can’t say enough. Before I had a chance to even mention my daughters food allergies today, the person helping us said smiling “we have a food allergy here right.” She even remembered she could have chocolate. Seriously how much better can you get than that!?!? She deserves a raise. I’ve never had better service anywhere.
They certainly understand food allergies and the meaning of cross contamination. Each time we’ve visited all I have to say is “my daughter has food allergies” and they are all over it! They ALWAYS pull from a new carton of chocolate ice cream and mix it in a separate clean pan with clean tools to prevent ANY cross contamination. Thank you Coldstone my little one feels super safe eating ice cream from here…and me too!! 🙂

Horrible! Zero stars! Wanted a Mint Chocolate Chip Love it, ended up with a huge mess of fudge sauce, brownie etc! It wasn’t even mixed properly. And it was too runny for a cone. The clerk said there was nothing she could do, it’s what I ordered. ☹️ But I could buy another one!?! I’ll never go back. What happened to customer satisfaction?

I’m pretty fed up with this location. I order a tub of ice cream once a week (they give six mix ins with it), but the last few times they have shorted me pretty significantly. The last time I am sure there was only one to two brownies in it when there should have been four, and MAYBE one cookie dough when there should have been two. This has happened every single time. I finally asked my husband to watch them make it and the guy making it was just going to leave out what’s pictured (a whole brownie and cookie dough). It’s beyond frustrating that that I’m paying for six mix ins and am always shorted between two and four of those.

Are you even a foodie if you don’t celebrate National Ice Cream Day?
This year, we chose Cold Stone Creamery to celebrate this day, and there’s no regret. We ordered online for in store pickup, and arrived right before closing. There was a huge line inside the store waiting to be served. There was another line for pick up which wasn’t that long. As customers were piling in the store to get on line to order, one of the employee had to ask them to step outside the store, as they reached the maximum capacity inside the store. I’m glad I ordered online to avoid the crowd. Also use the promo code “ICECREAM” to get the BOGO offer (valid till 07/23/20).
We ordered the Berry Berry Beery Good and the Germanchökolätekäke in a waffle cone. The ice creams were in a cup, and the cones were separate. We scooped it in the cone.
As a chocolate lover, the Germanchökolätekäke surprised us, but the mixed-in toasted coconut was super-tasty, and made for an epic frozen version of a German chocolate cake. Loved the addition of pecans, as well.
The Berry Berry Beery Good, was VERY good! It was filled with strawberry, blueberry, and raspberry. But strawberries came through the strongest, and that’s a very good thing. We liked how light it was, and not too sweet. Just perfect!

The service is horrible. I ordered 6 cheesecake fantasy Love it size. The guy who made my ice cream, portioned the size so bad. He made who bunch together the divided that into 6 cups. They were not normal size how they usually are. They were so little. Guy working at the cashier didn’t understand what I was saying. Overall, this location needs lots of improvement in all lot of areas. So dissatisfied and disappointed. I don’t even wanna give 1 star.
