The employees aren’t very kind and often are in the back of the store and don’t come up to the front until you’ve rang the bell several times. Not only that, there is either a problem with their card reader or out of ice cream flavors and toppings, making it hit and miss if you want what you’re hoping to get. We’ve been multiple times over the last few months and everytime it’s the same, if not worse.
On the bright side, ice cream is ice cream and tastes good when you get what you were wanting.

Staff was very friendly and helpful by looking if the ice cream had soy in it. Turns out only the red velvet cake batter had soy in it. So I’m happy I got to enjoy ice cream with my family too despite having a soy allergy. ☺️

We ordered the shamrock shake and were very disappointed by both taste and presentation. We also got a caramel apple and that was disappointing. The only enjoyable thing was a chocolate peanut butter cup classic in a waffle bowl. I’m sure other items are better but the seasonal not so much.

This is conveniently located outside of the movie theater. There was one employee working at the time we entered so there was a line. He moved quickly so I give him kudos. The ice cream was tasty and reasonably priced. I’d be back.

The ice cream is great and great flavors. However, I’ve never met more miserable or more hostile employees in my entire life. They act like scooping ice cream is the equivalent to torture and they HATE you for buying ice cream. I’ll avoid this location.

There were a ton of people here on a Friday night, but the service was fast and efficient. The ice cream was delicious, and they give you a huge portion! Definitely worth it. My go-to favorite is the cotton candy ice cream with brownies mixed in. Sounds weird, but it’s delicious

What a wonderful experience we just had! I haven’t been to this location in a while and I think that they moved buildings? Anyways, the worker that helped us was just amazing! We loved her attitude towards life and her friendliness towards us and our kids. I tried the mango ice cream and it was refreshing and delicous. My daughter had the cotton candy with sprinkles. Yumm!

I ordered an ice cream cake from here. It was the largest one they had for $75 and I got what you see in the picture it looked like my 8 year old daughter wrote that herself. Not only was i disappointed with that, one side of the cake had ice cream and another side had barely any ice cream. I had Oreo and cheesecake bites for the mix in and what do you know? No where to be found. I would have been better off paying $14.99 for an ice cream cake at Walmart and they probably would have wrote happy birthday better. I would never order an ice cream cake from here again.

I came in tonight for a late night ice cream craving. The gal that helped me tonight was extremely friendly and hooked me up with my order. I got a Reese’s awesome sauce in the Got to have it size & a coconut sweet cream in a 48oz. Last time I came in & got the 48oz tub, it wasn’t full. It was barely over half full. I didn’t get her name, but she was the girl with 2 hair braids in a bun. Thank you!

The ice cream was good, and the guy working there was very nice. They had no walffle cones or bowels available because they were saving them for an event. If you have an event, you should order enough to cover everybody when paying customers come in and are told no, that’s a little upsetting.
