Every Monday night I go to coldstone and the guy who works it is amazing and does his job fast. But I’ve recently went on Wednesday and the customer service is lacking. I understand they are high school students but at this age I think they should be able to multitask but all I see them do is talk to their coworkers and take their time doing orders.

I love Cold Stone but I have had nothing but issues at this location. The staff is either rude, would rather talk to their friends or just absent. They refuse to take any call in order but if you place an order online, they screw it up every single time (I’ve never had one order correct online). Apparently it is the managers policy to order through doordash rather than take call in orders. It is better to just go elsewhere or walk into Walmart and get Ben & Jerry’s.

I don’t understand why you would throw away the last 1 or 2 spoonfuls of ice cream on the stone especially if they haven’t even filled the cup all the way. When a cup of ice cream costs $6 then every little bit makes the customer fill like they got a good deal. Besides being inattentive I felt like a lot less bang for my buck than I usually get. I left pretty disappointed.
