On February 23, I placed a cake order for my grandmother’s 89th birthday cake. On February 24, I called to ask if I could change the cake flavor from chocolate to yellow and I was told the cake was already made! The guy commented that it was strange they’d already made the order when it wasn’t being picked up for nearly a week, he told me it wasn’t a big deal, they could redo the order. When I arrived to pick up my cake, they’d given the chocolate cake that was made nearly a week ago. I called today and spoke to Dalton and he said that I wasn’t told that and pretty much called me a liar. I asked if I could get a partial refund and he said he needed to talk to the manager and the kid about the order. Dalton called back today to inform me that his employees said they’d offered to remake the cake for 50% off which is something that was never relayed or previously mentioned. I told Dalton they’d lied and he said his employee would never lie, therefore, calling me a liar again. I would never recommend Cold Stone to anyone! I buy 5 cakes at minimum a year for all our birthday celebrations, it’s sad but the experience was so horrible. AND to call a customer a liar is uncalled for, especially when it was the employees who lied to the boss, but hey they’d never lie, lol. The cake was horrible quality to boot, there were very few mix ins when we decided to cut into it, hardly any frosting. A complete waste of my money.

I went in on a busy Saturday while Kaden was working. He did an incredible job at communicating while getting food made and out in a timely matter . The workplace was clean and welcoming!

I can’t even begin to describe how disappointed I am, not to mention quite disgusted and sick to my stomach.
I got the Butterfinger caramel apple and my partner got the apple pie apple. Both apples were mushy and discoloured on the inside.
Mind you, these apples are nearly $10 EACH. The apples themselves were inedible, so we were just eating the caramel on the outside. Until I found a HAIR under the caramel on my Butterfinger apple!! I wanted to vomit, I felt so sick about a hair being on the apple, under the caramel. My partner and I wasted $20 on two inedible apples.
I also want to add that my hair is blue and my partner has 1″ long hair. The hair on the apple could not have been one of ours.

We used to love coming here unfortunately this is the second time we’ve ordered a peanut buttercup perfection. It was not peanut buttercup, it was chocolate ice cream with maybe a single peanut buttercup and a bit of fudge. If I wanted chocolate ice cream I would’ve gone to the grocery store and bought some ice cream. We were hoping more would be further into the cup, but we were wrong. Incredibly disappointing.

Love the staff here! They all made me feel awesome! Crede, Aspen, Abbi, Brynlee and Nicole were on staff at the time and they did a really good job with playing along with my jokes. Top that off with the shake I made. Was a vanilla, cookie dough, Oreo filling and some toppings I had, I think, Aspen pick for me! Definitely a place to enjoy a cold treat!!!

Wife and I ordered a dozen dog bones and got 1. When I called the young man blammed doordash for the mess up instead of fixing the issuse. This isnt the first time this has happened but before the staff member offered a solution to me which was going to the store and getting what I ordered. To me it should be the staff members faults and not doordashes but what do I know.

I ordered a peanut butter perfection with double oreo mix in and there was basically no mix ins on the ice cream. It was straight chocolate ice cream. I called to let them to watch out for that as I spent $8 on the ice cream and basically just got chocolate ice cream and could of easily gone to the store and bought that with less then half the price. And all they could tell me was “we don’t mix it all the way through”. Uh huh. I work at coldstone out in Murray and I know how these are made as well as I have ordered it from this location before and never had issues. A little ridiculous in my opinion. Won’t be going back.
