The ice cream is fine. I don’t think I will come back because the employee that took my order heard me order a large cup of ice cream to go, charged me for a large cup of ice cream, then gave me a medium. I didn’t notice until I got home because he just put the medium cup inside a large cup.

The prices were reasonable, and there’s a lot of variety of really good flavors and mix-ins. I had the strawberry blonde, and it was excellent! They also have pre-packed ice cream, ice cream cookies, and ice cream cakes that you can purchase. There’s plenty of room to sit and eat.
I came on a Saturday, and there was a line, but the employees helped everyone so by the time I finished my ice cream there wasn’t anyone in line, so I guess if it’s a Saturday, it’s hit or miss whether there will be a line.
The only thing that I was a little disappointed with is that they had run out of waffle cones and waffle bowls when I came.

We stopped in shortly before closing for our daughter’s birthday. Cooper was such a wonderful person he even got all the crew to sing Happy Birthday to her. Such a sweet experience:) Ice cream was delicious but the customer service was beyond the best

On Sunday December 28, 2025 around 8pm. There was a small line and they were cranking out orders. However, they really were not cleaning the stations between orders. We go to the location on eagle rd & fairview often and never have any issues until now.
My husband’s ice cream had sprinkles & chocolate chips mixed when all he got cheesecake ice cream with Graham cracker mixed in. I ordered peanut butter cookie dough with brownie mixed in and had a few gummie bears mixed in the the kids caught and took off mine. I also ordered a big container of just peanut butter cookie dough ice cream no mix ins. The container was not even full and did not notice it until I was already back in my car.
I took pictures once we noticed all the issues in the car.

Paid 45 dollars for a tiny tiny. Birthday cake for my daughter’s 17th birthday and went to pick it up and no cake. Waited 45 mins for the issue to never be fixed. We walked out with a generic cake not a birthday cake. The poor teen girl gave us a small discount on ice cream we bought to go with the cake. But such a frustrating experience. I sent an email to corporate. Had to track down the store manager because God forbid they actually call me to make it right and it’s been over two weeks since the incident and zero follow up as promised. Do not order a cake from this place the excuse was “Sometimes our printer doesn’t work.” Zero follow up or concern terrible customer service

We ordered online thinking it would go well. When we went in to pick up our order they were still making it, the guy with longer hair did not have his hair tied back and he seemed high. We asked for one with Oreo/ cake batter with nilla wafer mix in and a waffle cone another with mint/cookie dough with brownie mixed in. There was no waffle cone and they put one in a like it cup inside of a love it cup (we only ordered love it sizes). Both had the wrong flavors in it and were overly sweet with the texture of glue and slightly melted.

The girls working we’re off task and often went off to the side to chit chat while there was a line to the door. 3 workers up front only one of them was working, and she was doing online orders, so i guess the two goofing off were supposed to be focused on the front. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, and another 2 workers showed up from the back when i was leaving. The worker checking me out at the register was rude and impatient. We Waited in line for 30 minutes, the building was hot and ice cream was melted, the ice cream i received was melted as well. Though the service and quality of the ice cream and this location was terrible, i still enjoyed my icecream, even though it was all melted by the time i went to my car. Also the price for this icecream is extremely expensive, 14$ for two people who got the smallest size. 3/10 would recommend this location but 7/10 would recommend cold stones icecream. I only came here because i had a gift card, but i do not think i will be coming back.

Last 2 delivery orders were disappointing. A barely half filled Gotta Have It on one order and then a Gotta Have it ordered but a Love It cup tucked inside a Gotta Have It cup is what we got. Not the the quality of service that I expect from Cold Stone.

Awful service, group of teen boys doing nothing but fighting and talking bad about customers as they are right there. One guy was up front making ice cream as there was a line to the door, while we Waited almost 45 minutes waiting for these other 5 employees to even come from the back and help this kid out. Don’t know the kids name but he was great, gave us a 25% discount for the wait
