It was my first time at a Cold Stone location. First – the ice cream was so soft, by the time we got it in our waffle cones, it was almost totally melted. I got the month’s special – Oreo Birthday cake. It was so artificially sweet, I could barely finish more than a few bites. It tasted “fake” – not sure how else to put it. I felt like I was eating a can of cold frosting, and not ice cream at all. We paid extra for “dipped” waffle cones that were completely stale and just plain not good. I was expecting real ice cream. Will not be going back to a Cold Stone ever. Disappointing.

There was one girl working today and she was fabulous!!! She was friendly, fast and efficient.
I picked up 2 door dash orders from her today.
The first time I was there a few weeks ago, there were two girls that moved at a snails pace, were not friendly and appeared that they hated their jobs and anyone who came in.

Luke and Brady are doing such a great job! Their customer service and ice cream making skills are excellent. Also, both extremely cute. Two young men doing a great job!

I came in and the store was empty, I ran to the bathroom quickly and figured there would be someone when I got out. My boyfriend came in when I was using the restroom and still no one was here! we started talking and after 3 hellos someone finally came out. I could have hopped over the counter made my own ice cream and left and no one would’ve noticed

Ice cream is really good but expensive. Going into Cold Stone for the first time ever, the singing threw me off. I asked why they do it and they said “when we get tipped, we sing. It makes other happy.” As never being there before i thought it was a bit strange, kinda did scare me at first.

Very clean, very friendly and quick staff. Lots of options to choose from and they had seating a dedicated seating for our toddlers. Definitely coming back !

We are concerned! Is this location closing down? We went twice this weekend and both times they were completely out of all cakes and were out of almost every flavor ice cream! In addition they didn’t even have waffle cones!
The staff there is always super pleasant but if this store is going to continue to do business they need to get it managed properly. We decided to eat whatever of the 5 flavors of ice cream they had left but as we were being served we watched at least 12 people come in and leave because there was no ice cream or cones.
This location has always been busy everytime we have ever been and we really hope that it succeeds as when it does have ice cream it is awesome.

The ice cream is excellent and doesn’t melt as fast as conventional soft serve does. The staff is kind and helps you make a smart decision. The interior is small and doesn’t have much in it, but the seats and tables they do have are strategically place in good places.
