I just moved here from Idaho and came in Friday night the 7th it was as my sisters birthday. There was 3 girls who helped me that night and they were wonderful! So kind and profession these are great employees! The ice cream was amazing as well Thank you again !!

Super friendly super fast. It’s a little expensive. What a better way to spend an afternoon then to go have some ice cream when the weather is warm. Had a very bad experience with the employees they gave me melted ice cream when I asked to get a new one or to trade it for a new flavor that wasn’t as melted they did not want to and did not want to give me a refund. If I pay more than 7 dollars for ice cream I expect it not to be melted. Don’t recommend going.

I just went to Cold Stone on my way home from work and the customer service was amazing! A man with longer blonde hair, a taller man with curly dark hair, and a shorter woman with dark hair and glasses were working. Not only was I greeted the second I walked in but so were all the customers behind me. The man with curly dark hair took care of me and did an excellent job. About 10 people came in behind me and he never made me feel rushed and still took his time making my order perfect. He was very sweet and not only that but working fast and efficiently. The whole staff was honestly doing as much as they could to be fast but also kind and patient with every customer. I haven’t been to Cold Stone in years and this will definitely make me come back. Be very proud of the staff you have because they’re doing a really incredible job.
To the staff: Thank you so much and keep doing what you’re doing. Working in customer service is so hard and the fact that you were all even smiling when I walked in was amazing. It can be such a difficult job so just know that you’re appreciated and that it’s seen how much effort you put into making others happy. I went home and had an amazing rest of my night because of this experience. 🙂

I like cold stones ice cream because they made with cake batter marshmallows gummy bears and if they’re sold out of Nutella Wafers I’m going to get the Golden Oreos again there are really really really really really good I have to wait them for my 5 out of 10 because because I have to wait for for my mommy’s ice cream sandwiches for pack they’re not they were sold out so they have to make them fresh and that really make my mom really

Went in 2 hours before closing and store was staged to look closed and had barely half of the flavors available. I could understand if we went in last minute but come on 630pm on a Thursday night?! Disappointing.

I ordered my son’s birthday cake through this location, unfortunately something glitched in the system and my order wasn’t ready by my pick up time. The lady was nice and told me they would try to get it done tonight but gave me her manager’s number to call. Sadly I didn’t get her name but the Manager Joe went above and beyond and actually delivered my cake to me so I didn’t have to go back the next day. Talk about going from a super stressful situation to a relief, mistakes happen, systems glitch but it’s nice when good people try their best to make the situation better. Truly appreciate you guys and will definitely continue my business here!!

Wish the store seating was a bit better or the outside was more inviting.
Also, they have “promotions” on special types of ice cream – always delicious and fun BUT they often run out because they don’t prep enough.
Still a great place, clean, and exceeds expectations.
