Came in with my daughter and it was busy, 645 on a Tuesday evening. JAKE was the only one there and he was killing it. I really appreciated his effort and kind attitude even though he was clearly overwhelmed. Everything was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time and he also was squeezing in online orders too. Product is good, I will keep coming in because every other time the workers have all been lovely.

The supervisor or team lead made our experience unsatisfactory. My brother and I got in around 7:45pm on a Sunday. I know, late at night, long week for everyone. Regardless, we were the only two in the store. We had 4 items total. As two items were fulfilled, the lead asked “is it just those two?” I stated, “no, we have four,” after 15 seconds or so, she stated, “well, I have your two here.” She made us feel very rushed, and for what purpose? My brother didn’t end up ordering anything else for himself-because she was so eager to check us out. She made the experience very disappointing. It’s the fact that we were rushed, and there was absolutely no line.

Newly opened in the area which usually has a learning curve to operations. This place has it dialed pretty good already. Staff is young and upbeat, lots of friendly jokes between customers and workers. Ice cream was on point and the employee was really helpful with our orders. Definitely recommend as a change of pace
