I went in and ordered a kiddy up and was given a small half of a scoop it was I can’t believe it. After in a rush it was thrown on the counter . Then I said I guess I’ll need a small was charged this in such a hurry. She walked of said finish the prompts. in such a hurry she could not have noticed I hope the small serving for 5.00 for children and this is there small. I would like a call back unsuch cating service for a none busy time at shop. thanks.

Tell your staff to wear gloves. Scooping without gloves while wearing a hoodie and letting the sleeves drag near the ice cream is completely unsanitary. I pulled out a long hair from the ice cream. I won’t be back and wish I could get a refund.

5-stars for Kelli! We come to this location about once a month and never have any issues. We had an order this past weekend that missed an item that we had requested for substitution… Not a huge deal and I am not the person to complain for something so small…. Kelli took the time to personally email us about our experience, and when I mentioned the tiny error with our order, she went above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Will surely come back to this location for that alone. (For reference we live between here and belmar locations, so this definitely makes a difference for which direction we choose in the future)

I knew I wasn’t going to be disappointed with the products, but the service was stellar! All of the girls were smiling and made us feel very welcome. On top of that, I am very allergic to nuts. I asked the ice cream maker if she could make the ice cream as safe as possible. She went above and beyond and made it in the back with sanitized utensils so there was no chance of cross contamination. Absolutely amazing service!

It was a three bears situation. One ice cream was a little too mixed and almost melted, one wasn’t mixed and not chopped small enough, and the last one was mixed perfectly but we weren’t told where it was so it was a little confusing. All in all, I would recommend this place and the workers are so sweet.

I did an online order with this store recently. I had difficulties ordering the ice cream cake I wanted delivered, and the staff went out of their way to try to find a way to make the website work. It’s so refreshing to find a business willing to go the extra mile. And, of course, the cake was absolutely gorgeous and delicious.
