I liked the way they mixed my bf’s together better than mine. Mine was smashed together so that it was harder to know the individual parts. Tasted fine though, I think I’m more of a froyo person overall. It was fairly busy for a Saturday night so I figure that’s why most of the tables needed a lil wiping.

Honestly one of our favorite cold stones. We drive about 20 min to get to it even though we have one 8 min away. Always great service one of the ONLY ones in the country I’ve ever encountered that actually has coupons or deals and that means a lot. Thank you!!!

I hope a store manager sees this. We were VERY disappointed by what we saw tonight and are frequent customers of this store. We came in about 7:30 and there were two young people working. The woman was fantastic and doing her very best to give a positive experience. However, the young man working should not have a job in a customer service role after what we saw tonight. In the 5 minutes we were inside, he publicly shamed a mom who was trying to exit with her child having a meltdown by yelling across the store in front of everyone that she needed to throw away the single napkin left on a table. Then, after making our order, I asked for lids as we were taking them to go and he rolled his eyes and said “I said I hoped you didn’t need a lid for this one”! The young woman working was trying to get him to stop speaking to customers this way subtly, but he proceeded to very publicly argue with her about it instead. I hope someone will speak with him about customer interactions moving forward.

We love Cold Stone! This location is our go to since it’s close to our house.
They’re always fully stocked with different types of flavors. Love how quick and easy the trip is. We’re in there a few minutes and out.
The last few times we’ve been there, it was empty which is nice. There’s seating in the inside to cool off during the hot summer days. The store itself is well organized and clean.
I love getting their like it, French vanilla ice cream mixed with almond and rainbow sprinkles. It’s been my go to order since highschool

This place is great with great princes! Very clean, delicious, and excellent staff. Kaitlyn was so patient with us and did such an incredible job helping each of my Little ones feel important trying samples. She was so kind and very skilled. Thank you so much!

I was a regular but I’m not coming here again. I came in for pickup and a group came in behind me. The guy saw me but started helping them before me. I had a super weird interaction with the guy giving me my bag, and I ordered the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection, but it was one big ball of peanut butter. I couldn’t eat it. Super upset that I spent money on it.

Oh my goodness what a horrible experience. When we ordered a chocolate banana shake, we got a chocolate shake and a banana shake. We wanted both flavors in one. Then, the person making it just poured them together and handed it over. It wasn’t good.It was a mess, especially with the over abundance of whipped cream that was blended into the final product. For the price, very disappointed.

Visited this location last night and ordered four creations for my family. One birthday cake remix, and three Oreo overloads.
When the employee was making them, I thought I saw her make all three Oreo overloads in one giant lump of ice cream and mix-ins, which made me a little concerned. I felt like the ratio of everything would be off because of this strategy, but didn’t say anything because I trusted it would turn out right.
Came home and realized two of them had literally no mix-ins, they were just was plain sweet cream ice cream. Didn’t eat it because, what’s the point? Decided to go back the next day for a refund.
Stopped by today and the pink-haired manager (Katelyn) absolutely refused to make it right. Showed her the pictures I took of the plain ice cream and she threw up her hands saying she could only give a partial refund because she was “sure we went home and ate them anyway.” What a bizarre thing to say to a customer’s face! I was not satisfied with her solution, so I went home to retrieve the ice cream, came back the second time, and she reluctantly gave a cash refund.
As she finalized the transaction, she told us that “next time” we “need to make sure the workers were making them correctly.” …
I asked her if it was policy to make similar ice cream orders in a huge batch like the worker did and she said no, it’s not.
So I guess she’s saying you have to supervise their employees, otherwise they won’t do their job correctly. (??)
Never visiting again..
The manager was unbelievably rude and combative when we had no intention of being difficult or unreasonable! We simply didn’t get what we paid for. A refund is the least that could have been done, not considering the fact that I had to leave and come back a second time to prove myself after already being disappointed by my original purchase.
I work in customer service too, and I would never treat anyone this way!! Beyond upsetting experience and overall wildly unprofessional!

If you want to have the stereotypical experience of high schoolers who don’t care about their jobs and offer horrible service, look no further into than this location of cold stone. For the price they charge you for ice cream, the least they can do is hire kids who aren’t terrible workers and leave them to run the store themselves. If you’re reading this, go to dairy queen up the street.
