Went to see a movie nearby. Saw this place and wanted to try! I am so glad that I did! We got founders favorite which was ice cream with brownies peacn and something else I forgot. The price is okay. We got founder’s favorite small for 6.48 with tax. But this was definitely one of the best icecream I have ever tasted! Definitely try if you are into icecream!

Went to Cold Stone in San Antonio Texas for a late night snack and the place for pretty packed. There a was actually a line. This is absolutely my favorite stop for Ice Cream. I got my ultimate favorite Oreo Cookie Overload which is so delicious. My nephew got Peanut Butter Overload such he loved. My brother got Mudpie Mojo which Ive have myself and it is also really good, and My sister-in-law got Peanut Butter Perfection and substituted the regular ice cream with banana ice cream. That one was really really good. I may have to get that one next time I go. The staff was courteous and polite and took our orders quickly with no hesitations. We had a Cold Stone Creamery in Lake Charles La but they closed it. Hoping one day they will make it back. Great experience, Great Service and Delicious Ice Cream.

I’ve never been to a Cold Stone and I only came here because when I searched for banana splits, Google said this place had them. Well Google was wrong, they dont make banana splits at all. In fact what they do have is some pretty pricey ice cream that tastes okay. We bought two small cups and it was over 8 dollars. One of the staff seemed very annoyed by there being customers in store, not sure why. They also had the fan/AC on, and for it being 40 degrees outside, led us to very quickly leave without really enjoying our dessert. I wouldn’t have a reason to come back at this cost and hospitality.

I don’t blame the heat because it’s 8PM and this started melting the second she gave it to me in the building. Way too overfilled, I couldn’t even enjoy it. Icecream should not melt this fast. I got lucky my stepdad was with me and ripped a tray from a to go box we had from dinner. If not my jeans would’ve gotten sticky too. We were not even greeted when we got there, just got asked what we wanted. So unprofessional. Disappointed.

Love this location! The employees are always so friendly and they serve a solid product every time. Got our most recent order delivered, and it was great! Kids love it and it’s a great place to stop for a quick treat! Love the founders favorite combo!

Very disappointed in the staff. I was walking up to the door and a female employee made it a point to walk up to the door and lock it and walk away laughing along with the other employees.
I understand they want to go home however a courtesy oh we are closed as to just locking the door as we are walking up would have been the right thing to do.
