This is laughable and you must do better. We showed up and there was no line with 4 staff members working and it took 5 minutes for anyone to take an order. We order 2 small ice cream cups and 2 smoothies. It is extremely clear that the employees are not properly trained. They get an A for effort but it was painful watching them make a smoothie. It took 10 minutes to make 2 smoothies and the result was 1/3 was solid ice. The ownership and management should be ashamed at their training program. Do better.

Order was door dash and she was so friendly and cute. But I am a truck driver and so I go to coldstones all over. This was some of the best ice cream I’ve tasted in a long time. Plus I called and sub French vanilla for a different flavor. Not only did it come with the sub flavor but it had banana in it which some leave off. The guy I talked to 2/20 around 6 pm cared and was friendly in the phone. I appreciate the wonderful experience.

Got a candy apple and the girl had asked if I wanted it sliced and I said yes. I would have appreciated if she would have told me that it was bad before giving it to me. I didn’t ask for a receipt so now I can not go back for a refund. And after reading the reviews it seems like this is a problem also there ice cream table looked very unsanitary

First time coming here, and it was amazing! The service was the first thing I noticed, and I felt welcomed. Very generous and respectful, helped us decide our order and gave us information on how many calories go into what we get. Definitely recommend coming here for a tasty ice cream treat or sweet tooth cravings.

This worse experience I have ever had. Ordered the Xmas ice cream special. The guy didn’t even know what it was. I had to explain it to him. Didn’t know where sprinkles were. Asked for a bag so I could put all the cups in and he just hands me a bag like bag it yourself.

Slow, dirty, and poor quality. Employers are nice and doing the best they can but are understaffed when it’s busy. ALSO THE STORE TAKES ALL NON-CASH TIPS, they do not go to the employees! Bad ownership.
