I buy the same icecream everytime when I go to Cold Stones, this branch just had the flavor better than others. There are places to sit, and more than enough parking spaces.
There is also a park nearby to take a walk while enjoying your ice cream.
The only downside I can say is there could be more people to prepare ice creams. We came in a calm day, but I can imagine the line on busy days.

I got the Brookie flavor and I hated it. Idk what fat they use in the dough but it made the ice cream part thick and gummy. My husband’s Oreo flavor was fine. Nothing special. I had Cold Stone in a different state and it was a much better experience taste wise. The girl working today was very pleasant. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back. It’s overpriced as well.

I came in this evening and got a Love It cheesecake flavor with strawberries and graham cracker pieces. It’s been many years since I’ve been to Cold Stone, but it’s nostalgic for me and I went out of my way to go there tonight.
$6.99 for 8 ounces of ice cream is a lot. It’s too much, honestly.
Since when do y’all charge for more than 1 mix-in?
The three teenagers working really need some people skills. One of the girls acted like she’s never seen cash before and the Asian boy had a challenging, sassy tone. The girl was checking me out, but he came over to add extra charges on my ticket, which was fine. But then he interrupted my conversation between me and my husband about how much cash I was taking out of my purse to say “yeah, well cones aren’t free” in a tone that really pissed us off.
Either way, I paid $10 for my ice cream, an extra mix in, and a sugar cone since you can’t add mix-ins to a kid’s cone. I literally left the house because I wanted a sugar cone, so the sugar cone was a necessity for me, but $10 overall is exorbitant.
I paid and went to my car. My ice cream wasn’t cold enough even from the moment I got in the car to put it in the sugar cone. By the time I was home, which is a 10-12 minute drive, it was fully liquid. Thankfully I wasn’t driving and got to eat on the drive home. I actually drank what would have been the last few bites.
There was NOTHING about this experience that gives me any incentive to return.

First time visiting this Cold Stone location and was impressed! The customer service was great and we were in and out in no time. The only thing was the limited payment methods available, does not accept apple or Google pay.

The ice cream was excellent, but the wait time was excessively long, likely due to understaffing. However, the best part was the wide variety of ice cream flavors available, accompanied by a vast selection of toppings to choose from.
Additionally, I found it disappointing that they do not offer card tap or Apple Pay options.

The ice cream was great, but the wait time was really long. Looks like they were short on staff. I got a waffle bowl, chocolate with almonds and bananas. They didn’t have walnuts, which is what I usually get instead of almonds but not a big deal.

Very slow moving queue perhaps more to do with the hesitation of the patrons than in order fulfillment. The service was good but the choices both for primary ingredients and the mix’ins left a lot to be desired.

Came with my daughter tonight for a sweet treat. There are so many creation options, especially during the holidays! Mason made a great cup of pumpkin pie for me after patiently allowing me to taste the new flavors. My daughter enjoyed her mint chocolate chip cup too.
