Ordered a triple pint for delivery last night. The mixins were pretty much just on top, I mixed them in myself while it was still soft, except for an unwelcome random gummy bear I bit into. This place is way too expensive for me to have to mix it myself and get a gross fruity surprise, i probably wont even get to eat the rest because i dont know what else got in with it. Their marshmallows were stale too, but thats not surprising.

Good selection of flavors and toppings. Giving 1 star because of the experience & poor customer service. It’s run by overwhelmed, overworked, entitled and underpaid teens with a manager who’s the same age and is also learning the job with them at the same time. They close at 11pm on Saturdays but at 10:24pm on 6/24/23 they “decided” to turn off the “open” sign and post one of their own people outside the door to tell guests to stop coming in because they’re done for the day. Fortunately, we got in just before they stopped accepting people in, we were the last ones in line. It was quite a long line but we all thankfully fit inside the store. The line died down around 10:43pm and guests were still trying to come in but the person posted outside kept deterring them. I got a small sweet cream with roasted almonds and i asked for waffle bits but the girl with the fly-swatter looking lashes said they were out…there was a container of waffle bits literally out on the counter but i guess she didn’t want to put effort into opening the jar because it might ruin her nails….

I usually have a wonderful experience here, but this visit left a lot to be desired. While waiting, I overheard staff discussing their wages and speculating about each other’s compensation. One young African American male employee felt the need to defend his presence on the team, which was deeply saddening and uncomfortable to witness. I can only imagine how the discussion and dogmatic treatment made him feel.
To make matters worse, my ice cream had a piece of black plastic in it. When I asked for it to be remade, the staff member shrugged and said, “Whatever” before remaking it. That dismissive attitude was disappointing and not reflective of the service I look forward to when visiting. The cashier did apologize for the inconvenience. This was the only thing that kept me from not hating my time at Cold Stone last night.

Stopped here after dinner and man did I regret it. After soaking in the environment and seeing how unorganized this place was I think 10 minutes had passed and decided to ride out the experience. The ice cream after we got it 20 minutes later wasn’t bad well that’s what my wife said lol . Juts seems there’s no point of direction here the kids working here are trying gotta give them that but it’s a painful experience don’t recommend or think we’d be back.

Worst cold stone I’ve ever been to. I ordered Surrender to Strawberry. On the left picture is what they made for me. It looked a lot different than the picture on the right from their menu.
It was horrible.
Tables in the shop were dirty. Young people who work there didn’t smile. They were staring at me and they acted like they didn’t want to be there. All they said was “what size”
It’s not worth spending $10 there.

When we came, it was extremely hot outside but they weren’t very busy. But what drew me in was the plant-based ice cream sign that was on the window. I love plant-based ice cream 🙂 but when we went in the stone was not cold enough to keep the ice cream from melting. So it was melting very very fast. They even were giving people’s ice cream in larger bowls than what they ordered so that the ice cream wouldn’t melt over the side because it was melting so fast. We gave it a four out of five because the ice cream overall was OK. But it did not get a five out of five because I don’t really think they were prepared for the heat & I do not think that $16 was a fair price for two small bowls of ice cream. Not by any means.

All I wanted to do was buy a cake that was already made and I had to wait 30 plus mins plus to get a cake! All you had to do is ring me up! Bad service and they need more help on the weekends! These two employees are very very slow!

I stop by here when I’m in the area and usually go back and forth between the Banana Caramel Crunch and Mud Pie Mojo. Service can feel a little standoffish at times, but the ice cream is consistent and I still come back.

Normally I have a wonderful experience here, the only issue I have as of late is that the ice cream was melted and was dripping from the cone as soon as it was made. It was put into broken cones. I will try them again at a later date. However, I love coming to this area, which is why I will give them another try!

This is my absolute favorite ice cream shop. However, I visited the store on Monday Monday afternoon. Actually later towards the evening around 6:00. There were two nice ladies working the front but by disturbing site allowed me to see them with gloves on their hands. They appear to be taking inventory of writing, cleaning, and handling the food all at the same time. No change of gloves at the time in seeing them clean and take those same hands and pick up the cake was really awful. What took the cake is The last thing that took everything over the top is, after all of this handling of things with the same gloves that they serve the food with one of the ladies begin to fix ice cream for someone and she started scratching and digging in her ears. I was just sick to my stomach at that point. i’m writing this review in hopes that management will see this and to speak with the ladies and make sure food handling preparation is a much better experience. As I stated at the beginning this is my favorite ice cream shop and I definitely plan to return. Expecting to see a much better view and have a much better experience
