Great place with lots of options. You can even customize your own ice cream by choosing toppings and flavors. I tried the Cookie Dough “One Smart Brookie” and the “Birthday Cake Remix,” and both were delicious

Can’t ever go wrong with cold stone quality Ice cream and cakes. BUT! I have been to cold stones across the US, including Hawaii, and lots of cold stones are losing their zest to sing all the fun songs. Which is OK. But its such a treasure finding a cold stone that still has the SPIRIT! To add, my kids and I were on a birthday trip away from home and my son wanted a cold stone cake. So we purchased one in store and intended to eat it there. And the whole of cold stone staff enthusiastically helped me sing happy birthday to my kiddo. It was memorable and so fun. Everyone who worked the evening of july 7th deserves a raise ❤️ or at least kudos ans recognition

I’m impressed by how many of the young team members remember my go-to favorite signature ice cream!

So disappointed. They advertise lucky charms Ice cream but then put a few lucky charms in a plastic baggie for you to put on top of the ice cream yourself… I selected this option because I’ve had it in the past (and it was mixed in) and LOVED it. The flavor is just completely different of just the ice cream marshmallow mixture. If they would have told me this was how the ice cream would be presented I would’ve selected a different option and not spent the $ on something just to not enjoy it. Also, Every table in the store was FILTHY, while several employees stood gathered behind the counter mingling and no one attended to the lobby. Overall a poor experience at this cold stone creamery.

It was a hot summer night. We came over for some ice cream treat. There was a long line. The service was slow. We waited for 30 minutes before getting our ice cream. The menu was a little confuse. You can have a choice of small, medium and large with $4.75, $5.75 and $6.50. You can have one flavor with one free mix-in. There will be additional 50 cents for additional mix-in. There will be additional charge from $.5 to $2.25 for different bowl or cone. It will add up quite a bit if you choose a lot of mix-in and different bowl or cone. They did mix my ice cream in front of us. The ice cream was tasty but a little bit pricy.

So many great ice cream flavors and all the fixings one could want. There is room to sit or you can take it out. The process is a bit slow and it’s on the expensive side but worth the splurge occasionally. The ice cream is premium and the mixing is fun to watch.
There is also a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory inside with some really good looking treats.

The ice cream was good, but the service at this store was terrible. They have a bunch of teenagers wandering around behind the counter that could not care less if you ever get served.
