I had such a great experience at Cold Stone Creamery thanks to Anshul’s amazing service! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic. He was patient while I decided on flavors and gave great recommendations that turned out to be perfect.
Anshul made my ice cream quickly and carefully, mixing everything just right and making sure it looked as good as it tasted. What really stood out was his positive attitude — he made the whole experience fun and memorable. It’s clear he cares about customers and takes pride in his work.
Customer service like that makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope Anshul is there again!

I’ve known this ice cream shop for a long time and I know their ice cream is very good. However, my recent experience in this location was very disappointing.
I entered with my clearly identified service dog, and one of the employees told me I couldn’t come in with it. He suggested I leave my dog outside or even at the Subway next door. I explained that this is my service dog and offered to show her identification if needed.
Instead of handling the situation properly, the employee started making excuses, including scratching his throat and claiming he was allergic. I respectfully told him I could move farther away, as I only wanted to sit down briefly while my husband ate his ice cream.
It was upsetting and uncomfortable to be treated this way, especially when service animals are legally allowed in businesses. I hope the staff receives better training regarding service dog policies to prevent this from happening to others

Their ice cream is so so good! I took my friend here on our way home from St. Louis on Sunday, July 13th, 2025. I got the Chocolate Devotion and he got a shake. While the ice cream tastes good and the experience was great, the staff were very unfriendly and kind of rude. The lady was new, in all fairness, but please, we were the only two people in there, you weren’t busy or rushed, no need to be rude. The man was pretty helpful though and teaching her things along the way. Anyway, good experience. (Written 7-23-25)

One of the best dessert experiences I’ve ever had was at Cold Stone Creamery. From the moment I walked in, I could tell it was going to be different from a typical ice cream run. The smell of fresh waffle cones filled the air, and the sound of ice cream being mixed on the frozen stone created an atmosphere that was both exciting and welcoming. However, what truly made my visit unforgettable was the incredible customer service from a worker named Anshul.
As soon as I approached the counter, Anshul greeted me with a genuine smile and a friendly attitude. Instead of rushing me to place my order, he patiently explained the different flavors and mix-ins, even offering samples so I could find the perfect combination. His enthusiasm made the experience feel personal rather than routine. It was clear that he took pride in his work and wanted every customer to leave happy.
When it came time to prepare my ice cream, I was amazed at the skill and care Anshul showed. Watching him fold the toppings into the ice cream on the frozen granite stone was like watching an artist at work. He made sure every bite would have the perfect balance of flavors. Not only that, but he kept a positive attitude the entire time, joking lightly and making the atmosphere fun without ever being unprofessional.

Chris the manager and Laron welcomed me as soon as I walked in on a Monday evening. When I wasn’t happy with my ice cream, they made it right. They were doing the best they can with what they have. My only area of improvement is helping each other on each shift keeping the store clean so it’s not so much work for the next shift of workers.

It’s not a bad place to get some ice cream. The shakes are always good, but a little pricey just like everything else. The place could use a renovation. It seems broken down quite a bit, though. Lots of a variety of flavors to choose from.
