Waited for 15 minutes for an apple. Finally got to counter and they said all the apples that were out were bad and threw them away. Why not check them first thing so customers dont wait in line. Last two times ive been here it has been a joke. Better luck at clementines. They had one poor girl hustling working its amazing they stay open.

We ordered this custom cake for my husbands birthday for the second year in a row. Last year when I went to pick it up they said “no one had time to make the cake” and no one bothered to call.
This year we tried again but I should’ve known better. It was not ready when I arrived at the scheduled pick up time, so I had to wait an extra ten minutes with my wild toddler. And, this is the writing that was done on the cake. I might expect the writing from a $10 Walmart cake, but not a $35 6-inch cake.
We won’t be returning to the store.

Perfect and best icecream cake in town. I just went their choose a readymade cake and ask them to help out for a message on cake. They agree and did for me. Wow! Inpress! Less staff but helping and good. Keep it up !

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience at this location. I gave them 2 starts only because there was only two of them working this Sunday evening around 4pm so I felt for them. However, my family and I weren’t greeted when walking in. They helped the two customers in front of us then we stood and waited a total of about 20 minutes. There were customers behind us as well. I’m not sure if they were working online orders but my family and I ended up leaving after being the next in line with out being served. Love the chain but wouldn’t visit this location again.

My husband and I went to the drive thru at 12, waited without a response and thought they were closed but looked them up and had been open since 11. We gave up waiting and went inside and waited for ten more minutes for this girl to help us and the line that had started. I ordered a shake and was handed a cup that was plastic wrapped. Paid almost $7 for it and walked out. This was absolutely horrible. I’m going to post the picture of what I purchased on google if you want to see.
