This place is a JOKE! They run out of ingredients weekly, because the management is incompitent. The staff is so young, including managers, that they don’t know how to treat their employees or customers. The establishment is overpriced and overrated. I would suggest boba on campus.

My first time at this location and I was so happy to get some ice cream until I discovered there was a long piece of hair in my ice cream!!!! I took it back in to show the employee and he got his manager, so I showed him and he said these things happen.Smh I was so disappointed.I got my money back but I will never come back here again. Great Ice Cream, but the dark haired manager with glasses is rude and always on his cell or with friends when we go in there. We always feel bad for the girls behind the counter trying to help 10-15 customers while the dude watches and texts. It’s not a good look, which sucks bc the ice cream is AMAZING!

We had a great experience here! The ice cream is great and there a lot of choices! I went in with my young cousins and the staff (Raine, Kailey were great!) there was very friendly and patient with my cousins till they chose their ice cream!
