I have to give a 5 star review for our visit today. The place was packed and there was one worker that made it so enjoyable. He even helped my son make his own concoction of multiple ice creams with mix-ins because he couldn’t choose after sampling a new ice cream. It was a great experience that my kids talked about the whole ride home. We will be back soon!

I never write reviews, but this experience truly deserves one. Don provided exceptional customer service. He was very enthusiastic, warm, and genuinely kind to my boyfriend and I Most places I go to buy things or get food, i feel theres usually little to no conversation which is neither good or bad but Don greeted us with such a fun and welcoming energy that really blew us away! We also noticed he did this with other customers in the store as well! You can tell immediately that he truly enjoys connecting with people and values his customers! Although this might seem crazy to write about an ice cream experience, Dons manager and boss should know how great of an employee he is! This was hands down the best experience either of us have had at an establishment in a long time! THANK YOU DON!

Abysmal. I should have trusted all the bad door dash reviews this location has. This is the second and final time i ordered from this location and both times it’s been terrible. The first time we ordered 3 quarts, only for the founders favorite quart to be the cheap, and frankly gross, 10$ prepacked version (even though we paid over 18$ to get the one they make/mix in store) and the other two quarts were VERY overfilled with topping to the point you couldnt taste OR feel the texture of the ice cream! It was a syrupy MESS. Today we decided to give them one more chance and ordered one quart and as soon as we placed the order I called the store and spoke to a girl to kindly request they dont put so much peanut butter & fudge when they make it because there was too much the last time we purchased. As soon as I stated the request she said “i got you”, without asking my name or what the order was, so i said “ok” then told her my name and that it was for the mudpie mojo and she just said “i got you” again, in a really sus tone. At that point I really wanted to ask her name because it seemed like she had zero intention to honor the request, but i refrained and just let it go. Only to now have it arrive and SHOCKER it is more fudge & peanut butter than ice cream!!! I tried moving it around with a spoon to see if maybe it was just the top part that had a lot but no. It is completely oversaturated and thoroughly mixed throughout, debatably even more than the first time, as if to punish us for calling to make a simple and polite request! When i tried to clean off the spoon i used to mix it around, it woudnt, because there was so much peanut butter stuck to it. Stomach churning. A completely inappropriate amount, especially considering the request that we made for it to be made with light pb & fudge. Ive gotten this exact order at other cold stones before and not had this problem (and i didnt even have to make a call/request at those locations!)

Very bad service, I came around 8:15pm yesterday, I ordered two chocolate shakes, there was a long line behind me. The person handling my order started making other people’s orders while the shake was just sitting in the blender, all he had to do was pour it into the glasses and let me pay, but instead he kept handling other orders and it seemed like he was having trouble either finding the right ingredients or remembering how to make the the order, since he kept going back and forth between the counter and the kitchen area, while the other worker was just standing there until a door dasher came who he helped. I was in a rush and after almost 10 minutes of waiting, I decided it wasn’t worth it and ended up just leaving. It was so frustrating and such a waste of time.
