The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and patient, even when the line gets long. The place is always spotless, and the management clearly runs things smoothly because everything from service to presentation is on point. Soo! we found a fly in our ice cream and we went in to report it and they said “No, your wrong.” We had to storm out because how poorly we were treated in person. We called ahead of time to tell them. They treated us so poorly. Was rude on the phone!!

According to my receipt a gal named Carley helped us out today. She was AMAZING! So kind, friendly, and the best with my kiddos. Ice cream was delicious. I am so glad this reopened up!

Despite low reviews about their cakes, I wanted to give this place a chance. Picked up this cake today and highly disappointed. Nowhere near resembles the display picture. Lack of everything and icing mistakes. It seems like it was thrown together last minute. I will not be coming back to this establishment.

Disappointing. We have been going to Coldstone for almost 19 years (though in bigger cities) ordering the same cake and we have never recieved an ice cream cake like this. Their product is a regular cake with a thin layer of ice cream in between. NOT an actual FULL ice cream cake.
