This was the 2nd time we have visited in 2 months. Both times, the Creamery has been filthy, dirty front door and windows, sticky floors and a bathroom that would flunk inspection and no toilet paper. It seemed as though the business had not been cleaned in a good month or more.There was only one person working on the 4th of July. The ice cream was good but upon sitting down at a table, and seeing the filth, it was time to get up and leave. I’m sorry to say that we will not be returning to this location.

Arrived here at 9:05 pm, sign clearly states they close at 10 pm (along with their Google business listing). Watched the workers chase the last few customers out the door, shut it, lock it, and put their hands in the air in celebration and turn out the lights. Frustrating and disappointing to drive over here just to watch them close. If you’re going to change your business hours, update something to say so as a courtesy to customers.

Peanut Butter Ice Cream made with Butterfinger was advertised to be available until May 13, 2025. We got there May 12 and it was unavailable. Though disappointed, I ordered a “love it” size in another flavor. When I started eating, I discovered a filled up “like it” cup INSIDE the “love it” cup, so I didn’t get the whole “love it” portion, just the “like it” portion with a little overflow to make it not visible until it had been purchased and we were eating. One hundred eighty mile round trip for this fiasco was a real waste of time, money and gas. Should’ve gone to our local Baskin Robbins.

Staff are not friendly at all. I understand they are young but I’m guessing that I’m close in age and I still know better. They barely look you in the eye, they don’t smile, and they act like you walking in has ruined their day. I read the reviews after stopping because I couldn’t believe the attitude of the girls working behind the counter. A lot of people are saying the same thing, so why hasn’t this been corrected by management? You’d be doing these girls a favor by teaching them proper customer service.

Had dinner next door at Grizzly’s and decided to get a little ice cream. While waiting in line the young lady made a few milkshakes in front of me, and I decided that looked like a good idea. I asked for my milk shake and was promptly told “We don’t have any clean blenders” I asked if she could rinse one out and use it for me. She replied that she didn’t have time for that. Won’t be going back there again.

Ordered an ice cream cake that was supposed to serve 8. I arrived to pick it up at 4:30 pm (their hrs on door 11am-10pm), and the doors were locked. I could see the girl behind the counter watching me. I was forced to call, and she still wouldn’t let me in the store. She met me at the door, handed me the cake, and quickly shut the door behind her and relocked the door before I could check my order to see if it was correct. The cake I received only serves 6,
the cake was the wrong size. The year before, my cake wasn’t even finished when I came to pick it up. Plus, the employees are rude. They make it clear you’re just a huge inconvenience by just showing up.

While staffing only one employee on a busy summer Sunday night made for an extra long wait. The young lady working not only kept her composure while working through the long line but was able to exceed customer expectations while engaging with the little children in line. She did an outstanding job! Thank you!

The ice cream was amazing but the staff is always having a hard time asking questions about what the customer wants. ESPECIALLY with holding the ice cream, like waffle cones or waffle bowls. They’ll shove it in a cup without asking you before you have the chance to ask for anything different.
