I visited Cold Stone Creamery last night and had a disappointing experience. When I arrived, there were no employees in sight, and I waited for around 10 minutes with no assistance. I called out, and one of the workers responded, “We’ll be right there,” but no one came to help. After waiting for another 5 minutes, I realized the employees were still in the back, chatting and ignoring me. Ultimately, I left the store without being served. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and attentiveness.

Excellent ice cream, staff are friendly and cheerful. You definitely get your moneys worth because of the excellent flavor quality, the simplistic and relaxing area to dine in, and the delightful people who work there. Got a cake made by them and it turned out beautifully.

I generally go to Coldstone and enjoy a small bowl of ice cream and expect the bowl to be filled up the top and then have toppings sprinkled on top but when I went last time they filled the bowl about halfway and then put in the toppings. Needless to say I’m left disappointed with their quality control and realize that although they are usually satisfactory; a business is only as good as your last trip there and so they should always bring their a game to serving a customer

Get the signature creation option of either the Cheesecake Fantasy or the Mud Pie Mojo in the “Gotta Have It” size and you will not be disappointed. 🙂

I have yet to order something from Cold Stone that is anything but fantastic. Different people have different flavor preferences, but every dish is made fresh with completely fresh ingredients. I am SO grateful to have the Marshall location!

I was appalled with the service from Tabatha. The whole time she was giving us dirty looks and was clearly annoyed that we took our time choosing which yummy ice cream flavor/soup we wanted. With her giving us such terrible experience, we might as well just settle with Dairy Queen. We will NOT be coming back. >:(((((((
