i don’t normally complain or even leave reviews but there was a LONG black hair in my ice cream. gross. we ordered like 2 hours before they closed so idk if they were mad about that and retaliated or if they just weren’t paying attention to where their hair was, but it’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable either way. the ice cream was great until finding that.

My children enjoyed the cookie minster + gummy bears. I tried the store creation pineapple upside down cake, which was tasty. The service was good and friendly. th It was bustling for a Saturday night (unsurprisingly). Ice cream was also a little pricey for 3 small sizes.

Butter pecan is really good. All the flavors are good, but I definitely recommend the butter pecan. They also have nondairy options. They have interesting toppings which can be mixed upon a cold stone. Ice cream places are always about the joy because we all know that we can probably get better icecream at the grocery store

Ripley and Isa were exceptional! Such a delight to be waited on with patience, grace and the most shimmering smiles I’ve ever seen in the service industry. Cold Stone to me has always been a second choice to smaller establishments, but I was reminded today, it’s the people that can change your predispositions in a second. Have you had a Cheesecake Named Desire?! This decadence was the best store bought cake I have had in a long time! We had an excellent experience from ordering online a week ahead of time, the cake being ready on time and the attentive employee who helped us upon pick-up. This birthday cake was so worth it!

I made the great decision visiting Cold Stone today! Placed my order through the app for the first time. Hartley who was working and made my order was genuinely amazing! We had many fun conversations! They showed a great attitude, work ethic, and was very positive! Definitely going to this location more often because of the kindness and fun Hartley showed me!

Absolute horrible service. Walked in with 2 staff members staring absent-mindedly my girlfriend and myself. It wasn’t until I said A awkward Hello that the staff finally acknowledged us. With todays inflated prices and this new culture of demanding tips I will never be back.

The only thing that was pleasant about our trip to cold stone with the taste and quality of the ice cream, everything else was very undesirable. It was not clean to any degree felt like it didn’t get washed or cleaned and employees seem to be very gross and not practicing proper sanitizing or cleanliness procedures. Very unfortunate as cold stone is a good name but this one definitely does not help their reputation.
