Lovely ice cream place with wide variety of choices to select from in Downtown Hopkins. The service is great, the server helped us pick an awesome combination for the ice creams we picked, really happy with his suggestions.

I feel sorry for the few others who have had bad experiences here. Whenever I have been to this ice cream place, my experience has nothing lesser to being pleasant. We have had our birthday cakes ordered out of here and they have always given the best of it. The ice cream cake is a treat for people of all ages.
I have always found that they have a standard set of ice creams to offer, which don’t get rotated. But the flavors are very creamy true to its brand name. The staff have always offered free samples on little spoons how many ever times you ask for, without complaining.
The method of preparation where they amalgamate different flavors with top up flavors is a treat to watch. Make sure you try the different wafer types over the cups when you are here. At price level, it is little over nominal. But this place is truly a ice cream wonderland in Hopkins that’s open all seasons!

8/2022 is honestly my husband & mine 1st time here, at this ice cream store, and we’re in our 40’s! I got the brownie, vanilla ice cream and caramel & chocolate drizzle. My husband got the Oreo ice cream with cookie bits of golden cookie and regular Oreo too. TIP: For TWO SMALLS IT WAS $15.XX. YOU ONLY NEED TO BUY A SMALL SIZE.

My family and I went here like a month or so ago. If I didn’t have my kids with, I would have just walked out… The lady did not understand what we wanted, as in she put our ice cream in the wrong cone type; she could have just removed our ice cream and put it in the correct one instead she tried to argue that we should take it because she already put it in there! … The 2 other guys working just stood around they could have been wiping the tables because literally all the tables were dirty! We couldn’t even sit down to eat our ice cream. I would give 0 stars we wont be coming back to this location.

yesterday night I had my partner pick up a order for me since we live less then 5 minutes away, when we got there my drink was already more then halfway melted and the staff there that night refused to remake it. So I made a complaint on their company site. I had my partner go back today and thankfully our shakes weren’t melted but they questioned him about the review I made?? The only reason I even keep purchasing from this location is just due to the fact it’s closest to where I live, if I wasn’t 7 months pregnant and craving the shakes I wouldn’t be buying from here. I don’t get the point of questioning someone and acting upset with them due to your staffs faults.

We stopped here for some ice cream with my grandson. NOT impressed. I have cookie dough ice cream and he had cotton candy. When I closed my eyes and had a bite of each I could not tell them apart at all. Sure.. you can add the mix-ins but you rapidly end up paying 8 bucks for a small scoop of ice cream with the mix-ins.
The quality of the ice cream itself is really pretty sub par. Will not go back here.

Ordered a 10in cake from here last week. Such odd decoration. Looked like tree bark plunked lazily on top.
Ordered triple candy mix in and I am not sure there was more than a tablespoon in the whole cake.
The ganache layer was paper thin as well.
I’ve had some fantastic cold stone cakes in the past, but I won’t be ordering from this location again. Worth noting that I’ve ordered this exact same cake in the past so I wasn’t expecting such poor quality.

Cold Stone Ice Cream is not only the best ice cream but every time I go there, the wonderful server helps us with our order. She is patient, especially with small children, and always smiling. Yesterday, my grandchildren asked for water. She must have heard them because, all of a sudden, with a long line of customers, cups of water appeared. Thank you!

Absolutely the best ice cream. Peanut butter cup perfection is good enough that we drove 15 minutes out of the way to get cold stone. The girl working was friendly and we had excellent service
