Last weekend I got a love it size icecream I was told I can do two half flavors all I wanted was toppings mixed in one of the flavors and not the other and the gentleman had no problems doing that for me – so today we decided to come back with the whole family because it was so good -well unfortunately I was rudely told by a lady that they are unable to do that – of course I replied with well a gentleman did it for me last weekend and she then rudely said ( well idk who that was but he was not supposed to do that ) the fact that she was rude and and acting like it’s a big deal to just mix the toppings in only one of the flavors because i was sharing with my two year old and did not want toppings on her side is ridiculous and coldstone has now lost my business) today is sat 9/20/25 it happened about 3:30pm – only two girls working at the time and the rude lady was the taller of the two

Ordered a custom cake 8 days ago. Went in and it is not ready and no one knows why, also cashier doesn’t know how to refund the price great. So now on my son’s 17th birthday (I know but this is my baby’s last year as a child) no cake but there is hope I can call tomorrow between 11am and 4pm and maybe someone will know how to help.

All I have to say is good marrow indeed! As a frequent creamery goer, specifically one who dabbles every weekend, I was overjoyed to discover this edge-of-town gem! As I enter the creamery, the aroma of fresh cream whiffs through the festive spider-webbed-themed decorations. The staff often greets me with a “So what’s the scoop?”, a neat little slice of humor that completes the creamery experience pie I’m s(creamery)ing for Coldstone™️!!

I came to this location on Father’s Day. Yes I came in at 10 mins to close which normally would be fine. But not today. Not for this particular rude lady whose tall, pear and brown hair. When we walked in she immediately said that they were closed and I stated that they were opened for another ten minutes and she said someone bought most of their ice cream so they got permission from managment to close early. Hmmm odd! I said it’s ok we can pick from (9 buckets of ice cream they had left ) so being totally accommodating knowing that it is almost ten and they must have had a long day. But the women didn’t even blink to us acknowledging this. She then stated well no mix ins will happen tonight that is closed and immediately had a coworker clean up the area. Talk about rude it’s not like it was already cleaned up for the night then I left the store and made a picnic area to eat with my kids outside of the store on the grassy area so it would be easier for these impatient workers to leave. (Not all were rude but acted like puppets to this unappologetic women)I then came back in still before ten to use the bathroom which I was then told to not go in there seemingly being that they have cleaned it. Ha no when I opened the door the room wasn’t clean with two pieces of toilet paper on the floor and not cleaned toilet or mirrors but I as a customer service rep myself was nice enough and picked it up for them and she mean mugged me as I left the store and I told her it is cleaner now than when I went in there. I used to like coming to get ice cream from here randomly but after this experience it makes me want to not go back and also if you as a person work in customer service but you don’t know how to act accordingly change your job try to be happy maybe a factory might be a better fit for you!

We were disappointed with the amount of mix ins – not impressed for the price. The floors were nasty and don’t seem to have been mopped in years. My walking toddler lost a shoe and her foot was black in 4 minutes.

Went in for a Birthday Cake shake and the milk to Ice cream ratio was way off. I am used to a thick shake that you can barely drink for the first 10 minutes of having it. Essentially paying $9 for a shake that is 80% milk was a bit ridiculous. Was a take out option so I didn’t get a chance to address the issue. Probably won’t be returning to this location

Not one time have we been to this location and felt welcomed or wanted. Every interaction has made us feel like we are interrupting their naps. It’s been this way for YEARS. Going to an ice cream shop with kids is supposed to be a fun experience but even the kids have noticed and asked “Why was that person so rude?” the last few times we’ve gone. Spend your money elsewhere, there are PLENTY of good ice cream shops around
