Favorite ice cream place ever. We don’t have one in my hometown and when I came to visit WI drove the extra 20 min to come here. Still can’t go wrong with the cake batter and sprinkle combo.

I love Cold Stone and it is always a treat when I get to have it because we do not have one nearby. The ice cream I got was good. It was what I asked for. However, the management/owners need to reconsider their staffing and what they are doing when they have a brand new employee working ALONE.
There were 4 other people in my group, and it took us nearly 30 minutes to put in our orders, pay, and be on our way. The worker did not understand the difference in sizes of dishes, did not know how to make a shake, gave people the wrong change, and began putting a banana into an ice cream order when someone ordered banana-flavored ice cream. It is clear there was also a language barrier, which is not the workers fault, but rather the management for allowing the new worker to be on their own.
I hope next time I stop by it is better.

#1 There was only one worker and he didn’t speak much English.
#2 our ice cream was made incorrect and we were unable to get what we actually wanted because the employee did not know how to make shakes.
#3 my “Love It” size ice cream didn’t even fill the designated cup.
#4 we were charged two extra dollars for one of the items because the worker did not know how to input the correct item.

Evey was a very nice worker and made great conversation with us! Did an excellent job worker fast to get our food. Overall this company gives us great experience.

This Cold Stone Creamery is always a good experience! The staff is friendly and the ice cream is always delicious. The atmosphere is the best part though because every time I go, they’re playing Tate McRae—she’s my favorite artist. Sooo whoever’s in charge of the playlist deserves a raise. Great ice cream and the best music over here!

I enjoyed the customer service as I always usually go in around 12 at noon. I’m always greeted by this employee. She’s super helpful and even recommends some of the popular options that they serve. Dariana is nothing but helpful and very accommodating with substitutions on some of their signature ice cream options. I didn’t know she was new until a week ago or so. She definitely knows how to provide good customer service.

We walked in to this establishment finding no one behind the counter. If our heads were on straight, we should have left then! It took 5 minutes before the girl in the back room, sitting looking at her phone, decided to get up and help us. After choosing our flavors, this gal took the carton out and decided to take a spoonful of it, indeed right in front of us, before putting it in a cup!
Now this is just the service. After spending what we did, we discovered the ice cream had chunks of ice in it. Not only was it filled with ice chips but the flavor profile was anything but quality.
You won’t get me near a Cold Stone after this experience!
