Very good quality ice cream and was very delicious. The restaurant is fine with some seating. The only downside was there was only one employee working so it was a little slow. Overall a very worthwhile experience, my girlfriend and me have made multiple visits!

Visited with my husband the evening of Thursday 3/5/26. Ice cream was pretty good –I did enjoy it–but it was missing some ingredients and the service could use some work. I ordered sweet cream ice cream with peanut butter, brownies & fudge mixed in. There was barely any peanut butter and the female staff member who waited on us appeared completely miserable and on autopilot–a vibe of “people suck- don’t bother me.” Customer service matters.

I thought Cold Stone was just okay. The ice cream was good—sweet and satisfying—but the service was a bit uneasy. When asked about gluten, the staff member said whey protein had gluten which seemed weird because they literally work with that stuff all the time. On a warm day, that creamy scoop did offer a little joy.

Stopped in late last night for a sweet treat, and Cold Stone definitely delivered! The coffee lover’s signature dish hit the spot and is my new favorite. What made my visit over the top though, was the warm and fun service of the amazing women making my ice cream, Rose! Professional, fast, funny, and informative. Rose was the whole package! She is what made my experience at Cold Stone a great one and the reason I will be coming back. Thank you for being an awesome person Rose, and thank you for the Coffee ice cream Cold Stone!

Was in the mood for some dessert and opted to get some ice cream from Cold Stone Creamery! All the ice cream I got, these reeses cups and tub if Ice Cream was really good and lasted me a few days, no complaints there! I dunno how the store itself is so can’t comment 9n it but the service seems a LITTLE iffy. It took me a bit to get my ice cream and honestly the price was a lot, TOO much if you ask me. Ice Cream is great but the prices and kinda iffy service makes it far from perfect sadly!

Staff were friendly and the store was super neat. The Founder’s Favorite here made me cheat on my first love, Chocolate icecream . Too good!!! Even the chocolate tasted way better than what I’ve had at other Coldstone stores. Highly recommended!!!

This was the best ice cream I’ve had in a while. The girl who was working on Sunday night september 14th all by herself did an amazing job making my ice cream. I got the size “love it” and I sure did love it. It was perfectly mixed and great topping amount. Absolutely LOVED our visit to Cold Stone the other day! The two employees we met—Curtis and Rose—were seriously amazing! They made our experience so fun, offering great suggestions, answering all our questions, and actually taking the time to listen (which makes such a difference!). No rushing, just good vibes and great service. Their energy made our visit even sweeter! Oh, and the cake batter shake? Pure magic in a cup! We’ll definitely be back for more!
