Do not go here. They don’t have ice cream and haven’t for MONTHS. They said today they’re waiting on a part for their freezer from Italy. Sorry but there are daily flights from Italy to the US. Maybe one of the Michigan Olympians should have brought it back. Ridiculous.

It was ok, I had coffee at many places such as McDonald’s,burger King,Starbucks, and Bigby is my favorite The Teddy Bear was great.. but anyway I got a light mocca latte, it wasn’t my favorite but it wasn’t terrible and I disliked the Timbits this time. I liked the mocha icecap probably best here.But the service was not the best.. my aunt ordered a small and got a medium.. but that’s ok.

Very frustrating to order from here when the lobby is CLOSED in the middle of the day (4pm right now..) They expect you to order your ice cream from the drive thru but you can’t see the flavors or toppings at all… also there is NO POINT in ordering a vegan friendly Silk chocolate milkshake when you make your milkshakes with dairy milk and don’t offer non dairy milk… very disappointing. Poor business set up. Surprised this place is still operating like this and not out of business by now..

Disappointed! They cannot accept Cold Stone Creamery gift cards. Employee at the window was kind and sympathetic. But, owners need to correct the issue with the gift card. Not goid business!

Waited in the drive-thru for 20+ minutes to place an order for 2 medium shakes. Waited another 15 for them to be made, came out as a bit more than flavored milk. I’ve gone to a few Cold-Stones and they have always been great, but this one is the worst so far. Would not recommend.

We should’ve been suspicious of this place as soon as pulled in……Friday evening and a completely empty parking lot. We actually thought it was closed. But it was in fact open. We walked I and not a sole inside except 2 employees. We were greeted and immediately told that they did not have any steak or chicken for any of the sandwiches on their menu. That eliminated more than half of the non-breakfast sandwiches on the menu. That was a disappointment to me as I was eyeing a item that had steak. So, I ordered a Turkey bacon club on a pretzel bun. After we paid for our order I was told that they were also out of pretzel buns and I had to choose something different. I ended up having the sandwich on a bagel. This place is being neglected by the by the lack of training the employees are receiving and the physical plant itself, most notably the duct tape holding together the ice cream case cover. We will not be going back to this place.

Their ice cream is great, but staff needs education on how to properly use gloves. They had one staff member wearing gloves while making food, which is good, but… he used the same gloved hand to adjust his headset. He also had the same gloves on to make a wrap (or two) and used same gloves to close the lid on the device to heat/cook the wrap, while coughing. Gloves seemed kind of pointless after watching all that.

These people are awesome! I bought a cake for my mom who’s recovering from cancer and they were just incredibly sweet about the whole experience, and upgraded us to a bigger cake! They really care, and I would highly recommend them!

Don’t ever buy a coldstone gift card because they will not accept it. This is the 3rd separate occasion where my gift card has been denied here when it is fully loaded. Completely disgusted with the “not my problem” attitude of the employees. Just go somewhere else for Ice cream, don’t waste your time.
