I absolutely love Cold Stone Creamery. I almost always get chocolate ice cream with chocolate shavings. This time I added a small brownie. Very delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is clean. Will absolutely go again. This is my husband’s ice cream, Founder’s favorite.

Yummy ice cream and the customer service was great! The restaurant itself was pretty dirty. Every table needed to be wiped or had trash on it and the floor/baseboards desperately needed to be cleaned.

I’m just looking at all the other pictures everyone is posting and I’m just upset. Everyone gets what they pay for and I paid for a bigger portion of ice cream because that’s what I wanted. This is just upsetting and if we’re cutting portions please just make the tubs smaller.
