Yeah I’m changing this. Went in at 6:30pm and the worker didn’t greet or nothing. Looked like they hated life- you work with ice cream how can you be unhappy . Absolute brick wall to talk to and didn’t ask if we were paying together or separate, just said a total. Probably won’t come again, maybe act like you enjoy breathing for a change. Ice creams banger though.

Drove 33 minutes to get their ice cream it’s the closest to me. Got there at 720 they were already cleaning up like it was closing time. Terrible look for a business stop letting your employees do that. And they were out of half the flavors. One of the employees was rude. Some of the ice creams were melted. I’ll drive 45 minutes to go to another one from now on. They also don’t do the holiday specials.

All flavors of Ice cream are way too soft. When they it mix up you get a bowl of soupy mess. Asked the worker if the freezer isn’t working, that the ice is way to soft and her reply was “it’s always like that and not working right and we tell the owner and he does nothing about it”. We won’t be coming back for runny soupy ice cream that cost that much.

Drove 25 minutes. Says open till 8 walked in at 7:45 and the ice cream portion is already closed, but you could get Tim Hortons. But we always close the ice cream down early. Maybe fix your hours.

Ordered a cake on Friday for pick up on Saturday. A few minutes after I got the order received email, I received another email saying my order was cancelled. No reason was listed, so I called, and was told the owner must’ve done it, and they don’t know why. That I could call the following Tuesday for an explanation. Should’ve listened to the reviews.

I came here with about 15-20 minutes to close, on my sons birthday!! As we walked in we were greeted with a “sorry were closed and cant use the stone”. We proceded to tell them it was his birthday however we never had a response from anyone. We had no “HELLO WELCOME TO COLDSTONE” or ” HELLO HOW ARE YOU TONIGHT!”
All we were told was sorry were closing!! and were only able to get somethingout of the cooler or a single scoop, when we came because my son wanted to watch them do all the mixing. When we went to cash out he was gonna use his gift card and then we were told “we dont accept coldstone gift cards”! Last time i checked a closing time means you start breakingdown at that time. It doesn’t mean lets get a head start so we can get the hell out of here..
THANKS FOR NOTHING and hopefully you can Replace or retrain your employees the proper way to do there job!!

I got my fave ice cream cake batter with Reese cups and the girls working were so nice. I decided to go in a normal time and not 5 minutes before closing like a lot of people that left reviews seem to do. I don’t know maybe that’s why my experience was good.

Bad score due to lack of service, did not get ice cream. Got out of an event and drove by Cold Stone to grab some ice cream with my family. When we walked in at 7:54PM, the two girls at the counter asked if we were there for ice cream. After I replied that yes we were, one of the girls told me they could not serve us due to closing in 5 minutes and to have a good night. From my understanding, if you close in 5 minutes, then you should serve customers until closing. Not a good experience.

This location is notorious for closing early. Most recently, walked in and went to the counter to order. An employee had just finished making ice cream for a family and was checking them out at the register. They then proceeded to tell us that they were closed and couldn’t help us. Ice cream was still on display in the cooler, door was unlocked and it was not 8pm. Horrible service- seems consistent with the low Google rating across the board for this location.

Worst cake I’ve ever ordered. Writing looks like a 5 year old wrote it and the cake is unleveled. Very unprofessional and inappropriate for an establishment to sell a cake with such a poor quality. This cake is worth $30!! Good thing we had a $20 gift card from them messing up on another cake we ordered previously. This is the 2nd time we had bad experience with cold stone. We are never ever ordering from cold stone ever again. Very disappointing.
