I do NOT recommend this Cold Stone location. My mom decided to order two cakes to celebrate Father’s Day and my brother’s 16th birthday. Because we typically order from this Cold Stone, there seemed to be no reason to double check the order, BUT that was obviously a mistake. The young lady at the location did not ask my mom to review the cakes prior to paying and rudely packaged them up. My mom tried calling for a manger TWICE and was hung up on. So, she went ahead and sent a message to corporate TWICE. Moving forward, this location will obviously not be receiving our business. I highly advise for anyone looking to order a cake for their loved ones to think very carefully because the individuals do not take care in ensuring the customers are happy with their purchase. It’s pretty pathetic actually. AND IF YOU AS AN EMPLOYEE HAVE AN ATTITUDE, GET ANOTHER JOB. People are sick and tired of paying for horrible service from people that do not seem to want to work. If you are having a bad day, it’s no one’s problem but your own. DO BETTER.

Ordered a cake ahead of time for a birthday party. Paid for it. Showed up two days later. Cake was not made. They offered me an alternative at same price, no discount. Bad look. Had difficult conversation to receive refund. Store is dirty. It’s expensive. Have some self-respect and go to a local store, not this chain with frequent poor service.

One of my favorites, they even have a bakery inside with all kinds of delicious options available. Staff her is super friendly. They do have street parking and a lot in the back by the atm. Can you really go wrong with anything at coldstone its just good stuff.

Was so so excited to get Cold Stone as I hadn’t had it in forever- and Montrae made our experience that much better! He was so accommodating with our sampling, shared his own flavors he likes, and made my ice cream treat absolutely perfect. I got cheesecake mixed with Oreos and cake batter mixed with gummy worms. He made a dairy free treat for my man, which was also fantastic! Thanks Montrae! We will be back.

My qt size ice cream was over mixed i had 4 mix ins nd not a chunk of anything was in it as if it was the flavor of the ice cream instead of mix ins

The AC must have not been working when I came on 6/22. The ice cream was already melting when it was being put on the board for the mix ins to be added.
