My Husband never cared for cakes so he just wanted Ice cream for himself and me and my son. Well thanks to this last order for his Birthday he is done. The driver was so nice he said he was so sorry that our ice cream and my husbands blue berry banana smoothie were made the night before and were frozen. The drink was a rock the Smoothie was so hard it took till the day after my husbands Birthday for me to drink because he was so upset and didn’t want it. It did taste different a bit he wanted it fresh. Our 3 ice creams were also so frozen so He is done. Idk maybe I might be as well. I gave them plenty of time over 24 hours just to make 3 cups of easy already on their menu ice cream and that smoothie. Why did they make it the day I ordered it and froze it. Sorry but you lost at least one customer in this house that got ice cream from you several times a year and always on his birthday. 🙁

I decided on a cold stone cake for my birthday last week and using the online system was convenient and easy to navigate for placing an order. My cake was ready promptly at the time I requested, and the woman who greeted me was friendly. The cake was absolutely delicious! The only thing missing was the chocolate ganache that I had requested. There was no option to add it to a ”create-your-own cake” so I put it in the special requests. At pick up, I showed my email order confirmation which had my request list in the notes, and the woman was apologetic but told me that it did not show up on their end and their online system had glitches. The cake was absolutely delicious otherwise, but just a tip to call the store and confirm special requests for online orders.

Not thrilled with the mixing and amount of ice cream in my Everybody sized container. Literally got home after it was made in the back and was unpleasantly surprised to find that a 1/4th was pretty much missing. I was waiting for a while to get my order taken. Half the tub was just plain French vanilla ice cream; it was not mixed thoroughly. The person who took my order was very nice though. Probably won’t be back here.

I’ve been looking for that strawberry ice cream cake for years. They have so many different flavors. Lucky charms was great. Banana pudding was fantastic. Fiance LOVED the batter batter. Staff was very nice and made the food quick and in front of us. THANKS WOULD COME AGAIN =)

my milkshake is watery and taste like straight milk, and the lady had a stank face and addtude, she was mumbling under her breath, worst experience i ever had. I never felt this level of disrespect. There was also a hair on the ice cream

Tonight the employees were so rude. I asked a simple question and the girl just replied with “we’re just employees”. How is that response okay? Whoever was working the shift tonight, just that girl and that guy around 745pm really need to be spoken to with their boss. I never write poor reviews but this girl really needs to learn some manners. I hope the customer service is better for future customers. You just lost one. I also had a BOGO coupon they refused to let me use even though the girl I saw last time said it was good and does not expire. No “I’m sorry” and no “here’s what I can do for you”. Was told to pretty much to just shut up and move on. So sad. Please do better!!

I don’t ever write bad reviews but I’ve been to this location 4 times and I bring my grandkids in at a time when they’re not busy! Even standing there telling them what I want they get it wrong and I let it go and everytime they don’t fill them up even when I point it out to them but im not going to get into an argument with my grandchildren so again I let it go but when you buy 4 separate quarts and they are only half full enough is enough!! If I wanted a pint I’d order a pint and pay for a pint not a quart!! And they can’t even put the right mixes in right! Someone needs to do something with these employees or you will be losing more good customers like me!!!!
