While the Coldstone part of this location looked sort of like an afterthought (being shoved at the end of a Tim Hortons), they still had everything a normal Coldstone would offer, the staff was kind and helped us out when we needed it. I loved the “boo batter” and especially the color (they apparently didn’t get the black dye for it, but I LOVE the purple!), my boyfriend didn’t really love the cotton candy flavor but it was still a good experience.

Fresh Paczki but not fresh ice cream. Workers had no idea about the ice cream we ordered asked us what should be in it them. People came in to order after us and left after being ignored. Took us at least 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us, they were too worried what the Manger would say if they didn’t clean right, would be out late and their missing lighter. Next time skip the ice cream and the night time service.

I have visited this location two times. The first time, I arrived about 10 minutes before it closed and was notified by staff they were no longer serving ice cream. I came yesterday in the hopes of receiving a milk shake. I was notified that the blenders were dirty and a milkshake could not be made. I then requested fresh tim bits instead. I was then told that everything had been made within the last hour and that was the freshest I would receive anything as it would take over 20 minutes to make fresh baked goods. I am highly disappointed in this location.

Myself and my fiancé went in cold stone/Tim Hortons and while waiting already for 15 minutes with one other gentleman who was also getting tired of waiting, in walks a lady and her baby, and we watched her walk behind the counter (so I’m assuming she works there), she proceeds to have the only young man working fix her a bowl of ice cream ( while customers are waiting), then i over hear her say she’s the manager. Me and my fiancé heard her as well as the other guy sitting there. We all thought it was odd for the store manager to come in, see customers waiting and ask for some ice cream. As a manager I would’ve made sure my customers were taken care of first. I don’t blame the guy that was working, it was the managers fault for not scheduling enough people to work on a warm holiday, and for coming in with her child and being waited on before everyone else.

Went to this location and both ladies was true dolls. They was very professional and friendly. Will be back. If I had the extra money I would have left a tip. Thanks so much for being patient with me. We need more great Customer service like this. I know I am a difficult customer but she was excellent with me. Hugs I will be back. We need more great Customer service like this.

Came in to get myself some ice cream. Short blond lady at the counter had an immediate attitude when I asked for ice cream. Had an attitude while asking me what I wanted and kept cutting me off. Started telling me they didn’t have the toppings I was asking for. She was extremely rude, and had a nasty look on her face the entire time. Opted on leaving with nothing.

I live in a nearby neighborhood and love Coldstone, but I always have to go to the one in Roseville because this location NEVER has any of the ice creams I want. I went there today and they had 4 choices. The one in Roseville is 5 stars though.

Google hours say open till 9:00.

Pulled in at 8:45. The lights are off and the doors were locked. Went through the drive-thru and the gal said that they closed at 8:00 but clearly you could see that they just didn’t want to serve us.

Will not be back and we’ll go to the Cold Stone right down the street on Gratiot and Masonic.

Love to support local when you live right around the corner, but unfortunately they make it impossible to do sometimes.

DO NOT GO HERE. I am a frequent coldstone customer and have gone to this location twice now. Each time the service is poor & my ice cream isn’t mixed well. This location does not accept coldstone gift cards or rewards. I’m confused as to how a location can lack so many essential features.

Don’t go to this location. This is the most disgusting cold stone ice cream we have ever had. I spent $30 and some change on some freezer burned ice cream. Clearly this location doesn’t make sure ice cream. That was gross. We through everything out. I only came here because it’s close by where I work. But no I’ll keep driving to Roseville. Never had this issue. And this is the 2nd time I’ve visited both time same thing. Disgusting
