This location has really gone down hill. Completely messed up a pre-ordered cake in February 2026…wrong cake, no personalization as requested, and waited more than 20 past pickup time to get this completely wrong cake. We decided to give them one more try because we do like Cold Stone on March 8, 2026, and one of our to-go orders had a very long hair mixed in. Ate half of it before the hair surfaced, which is just gross. So we’re out on the Findlay Cold Stone location. Lots of other ice cream options in town to patronize.

We went in for the berry berry berry good ice cream (vanilla with 3 berries) and came out with peanut butter (I don’t like peanut butter at all) The person that did this should be more considerate of cleaning off the stone after mixing other customers ice cream.

The displayed prices on the menu do not match the actual prices. They have a hand written sign next to the cash register that they are trying to work with management to get it fixed but based on other reviews, it seems like it has been like this for about a year.

Went tonight August 31, sent the hubs in for a one scoop with hot fudge. My one scoop was slightly bigger than a golf ball and had “hard shell” chocolate on it and not hot fudge. He said the girl behind the counter wasn’t strong enough to get a good scoop and her English wasn’t all that good. Five bites cost $4. Of course he should have asked her for a bigger scoop so that’s on him but sheesh! I wish I could post the picture here for you to see. Disappointed

Patron of cold stone for some time. My son got a smoothie that was basically an icee and with huge chunks of ice in it he could barely get it through the straw. Ordered a chocolate milk shake and when they handed it to me, the consistency was like 1% chocolate milk. I asked them to remake it and they brought back another chocolate milk. For $17, I expect a chocolate milk shake and a smoothie made better than these.

Service was great, friendly. Had mint with chocolate chips and M&M’s. Yummy! Husband got pumpkin ice cream with graham crackers, apple pie filling, pecans and caramel In a waffle cup. It was scrumptious! Very rich pumpkin and apple pie flavor!

Service was quick and good. Staff was helpful and friendly. This Cold Stone is attached to a Tim Horton’s but neither were too busy when we were there. Ice cream was very good and on par with other Cold Stones. The menu prices do not reflect actual cost of items (items actually cost about $1 more). They have signs on the register that announce this and that they are working with corporate to change this but the signs have been there for about a month at this point. Floor was also a little bit sticky and the inside could have used a little bit of cleaning in my opinion.

Was very dirty, the guy making the ice cream was rude and reprimanded us because 3 people in our family ended up wanting the same thing and he said you should have told me one time so I don’t open closed ice cream and would make together. One cup was dripping and sloppy out of the sides. No gloves were worn. Prices weren’t accurate and refused to give us a receipt.
