Wife and I snuck in for what we thought we be a quick desert. Their were only 2 people ahead of us when we walked in and 3 employees. Felt like we waited over 20 mins for a shake and ice cream. Everything was tasty and fine, just service was SLOW! If I go back it will be another location!

STAY AWAY! This has to be the worst Cold Stone I have ever been to. They are extremely slow and nobody there wants to help customers. People were actually leaving the store because it was taking so long to get helped.
The girl that helped the party I was with didn’t want to be there. She was talking with a friend in the waiting area while trying to help us. I ordered a “Love it” and I could have put it all in a kiddie cup. Everyone that ordered ice cream said the same exact thing. Look at the photo and tell me if this is like any Cold Stone you have ever been to. After I wiped all the ice cream off the sides of the cup I took the picture. This is how it was served to me.
If I could give it zero stars I would.

I got the Founders Favorite…..ice cream, pecans, brownie, caramel & fudge syrup and I added white chips. DELICIOUS!!! Staff was friendly. I would have given it 5 stars, but it’s a little pricey.

Went this evening only because of a gift card I’ve had already for 3+ years. I’ve already walked out of this location once due to slow service. Heather and J made a difference this evening, though overwhelmed and clearly understaffed they were doing their best to work through in store customers and to go orders. They were friendly and kind, the ice cream was great.

This is the slowest service we’ve every gotten. We had a family of 4 in front of us and they legit took 20 minutes to make their ice cream. Then when we finally ordered and received ours, they made it wrong and didn’t even fill the cup.

I usually don’t write reviews, but when I went to this location I didn’t get what I paid for. The lady that took my order looked like she was on her first day. She appeared very nervous and you could tell she didn’t know her recipes. I noticed that she just sort of stood back for several moments before starting the order. I don’t know if she was attempting to ask the other employees for help or what. But I ordered One Smart Brookie with extra cookie dough, but she didn’t put any cookie dough in it at all. Also the ice cream tasted slightly freezer burned. The staff seemed pleasant, but for $9 ice cream this trip just missed the mark. You have to make sure the staff is comfortable taking and making orders. If they aren’t it’s on management to make sure they are shadowing those who are trained, until they can provide good service and be a positive representation of the establishment.
As far as the taste of the ice cream goes, please check your refrigeration equipment to make sure it is working properly. It could also be an issue of improper inventory management, as you have employees leaving reviews about product being expired and other alarming situations happening in the workplace.

SO many people in this review section don’t understand how difficult it is to successfully run a business when you’re understaffed. My friends and I walked in tonight (12/27/2023) around 7:30 PM, and there were only two employees working, one of which who was on his second day. Understandably, it took all of us about 40 minutes to get our ice cream, but the more experienced staff member handled everything well and with a smile, even as a party of 12 walked in behind us. Truly INCREDIBLE customer service from him— he didn’t have a name tag on, but I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
