On July 27, 2025, around 4:35 PM — the experience was disappointing. Service was slow, and I noticed flies around the counter area, which didn’t feel clean or acceptable for a dessert place.
I ordered ice cream (photo attached) and it melted completely in under two minutes, even before I left the store. When I mentioned it to the staff, they just said, “That’s how it will be,”.
Really hope management looks into maintaining better hygiene and customer service.

Located at Austin Landing mall area. Ample parking. Friendly, courteous and prompt service. Prices were reasonable. Small location. Outside seating available. With waterfall view. Restrooms needed cleaning.

Yikes. After dinner we treated our teens to ice cream. Sadly we chose here ♀️
They were actually pretty busy. Ordering felt like we were bothering the young lady working. The first, gotta love it was correct but the other two ice creams were so much smaller than what we ordered. The love it, what my daughter ordered was so small, the young lady actually put it into the like it cup inside the love it cup … Like we wouldn’t notice?! My husband ordered the gotta love it and, as you can see in the photo, it was the size of the love it. When we got to the register to pay, her lack of verbal communication was zero. ♀️
We told her what we got, without her asking but rather her just staring at us. We mentioned the last ice cream, the gotta love it that was the size of the love it and said well, this is supposed to be a gotta love it. She was visibly annoyed and stared at my husband. She asked the other worker to add more.. my husband said no thank you, please just charge us for the love it. Slight eye roll from the young lady. Again from her deminior, she was bothered. All while two customers were waiting for their online orders, the young lady working gave the wrong order to one customer then proceeded to argue with the other customer.

Not Cold Stone quality. Not mixed well. The consistency of our ice cream was terrible! It looked like it had thawed out and then frozen again. Chunky-like and not because of the toppings. The lady was also rude. Terrible customer service.

Vegan approved!! I had no idea that Cold Stone Creamery had Vegan options! Who knew?! PlantBased lovers rejoice! Silk Almondmilk Chocolate Ice Cream melted quickly in my mouth and it tasted heavenly. Rich and creamy, super chocolatey, and it definitely w wed me, for sure! My hubby ordered the Orange Sorbet and he loved it!

Terrible customer service. We waited 20 minutes to order with one couple in front of us who ended up ordering takeout for 15 other people. Instead of one or two of the three staff members helping them, all 3 worked their order while the line built up out the door. Once they finished making their order, they started working on online orders completely ignoring the rest of us who had been waiting VERY patiently. I should also mention they had no sense of urgency or acknowledgment to any of the customers that were standing in line.

Atrocious service/staffing. We stopped in here Sunday after having dinner. There were about 12 customers in line, give or take.
Staff: one person running the register, one person working what looked like DoorDash type orders (we saw one takeout person come in and leave), and one person working the line. After about 5-6 minutes of zero line movement, another guy came from the back out to the line. I thought we might make some progress. Nope. After serving one customer, both the new guy and the original person working the line, walked into the back, sat down and started taking a break. No more service. We walked out and ended up at a Graeters. That place knows how to handle a line of customers and, IMO, has better ice cream. Won’t be back here.
