I mean, this is probably the worst ice cream experience I’ve ever had. I don’t think I can overstate how bad this was. I got French vanilla with Oreo mixed in and it looked like someone scooped vanilla ice cream and then cracked some Oreo on it with a pepper grinder. Not a single chunk of Oreo in the whole scoop, just tiny little flakes of it that were not noticeable in texture or flavor. This is the equivalent of going to McDonald’s to get a burger and receiving a top and bottom bun with no meat. It’s TWO things. Ice cream, and Oreos. How on earth do you mess that up??

Word of caution when ordering from Cold Stone app. They use Door Dash as delivery driver. Door Dash does not hold their drivers accountable for severely delayed deliveries, and Cold Stone says there’s nothing they can do. Order was picked up from Cold Stone and sat with Door Dash outside of Chipotle for 15 minutes, after estimated delivery time before it even left the shopping center. I called Door Dash and all they could do was submit a complaint about the driver. My, and my son’s, ice cream arrived melted, and all I got from Cold Stone was a half hearted apology. No offer to refund or replace. Not what you expect when you spend over $20 and 20% tip on your delivery order. I won’t be visiting this location again any time soon and never using the delivery option. Very disappointed with their customer service, Cold Stone and Door Dash.

It’s a cold stone, you come in and you get a mix of something. I find that their ice cream is well made versus some other brands. I’ve yet to be disappointed. This facility is nice, clean, but I feel it’s a bit dated. Go get ice cream and go I guess.

First time in a long time since we have been to cold stone. The woman who helped us kinda rushed us and then didn’t mix the toppings in the ice cream like they have before which makes cold stone really good. Unfortunate thats thos place has gone down hill from what it used to be. Its expensive so usually its a treat when we go. Is it really that jard to do ur job.

The woman that she worked there was not welcoming and frowning at all and not smiling back and her voice was like she commanded us.
The ice-cream was delicious but the oh fudge shake was tasteless at all.
Also the table bar was not clean.
Anyway I don’t think I will go to this place again because of the lack of the service proficiency .

Always enjoy ice cream from Cold Stone Creamery! My favorite is peanut butter with chocolate shavings! I mixed it up last time and tried banana and peanut butter with chocolate shavings! I tried bite of my son’s cake batter with brownie and chocolate chip cookie dough, delicious combination! Loved the brownie with the cake batter!

We love this Coldstone. The workers are always friendly and professional. The founder favorite is my go to every time. We hang out outside and finish our ice cream since there’s benches and a nice water fountain. It’s a relaxing area to just hang out and have dessert.

Entered store lady on her personal phone for 20-30 seconds. Ordered a peanut butter cup perfection large and Oreo overload large she made them both in 15 seconds flat combined. 1 peanut butter cup not even slightly mixed in with some peanut butter think Ben and Jerry core but trash asked the lady in the store why mine looked so skimpy and not like the picture at all she just said it doesn’t get any of that then I told her I didn’t want mine Oreo overload much of the same 1 Oreo all the mix ins just in a ball in the middle of some ice cream.

They started selling a dairy free option. Which was so fun for my kids and I, as we cannot tolerate dairy well and don’t get to get ice cream from anywhere while we’re out and about. The worker wasn’t rude to us per se’ but she was very matter of fact about everything. Not “friendly” like you would typically expect.
