Cold Stone Creamery is delicious and this specific store in Warren is absolutely top-notch when it comes to Customer Service!
I called in to the store with an urgent special request, and the manager was so friendly and accommodating. She actually went above and beyond, surprising us with a special treat in our DD delivery that absolutely made the night for my nieces and nephews!
Cannot thank this store staff enough – the Ice cream sandwiches + ice cream cupcakes + ice cream Reese’s cups are amazing treats and a must try if you’ve never had them!
Will be ordering from this store again very soon!

Drive out here from Youngstown tonight and after calling out “helloooooo” multiple times a guy came out. Would barely look at us then refuse to acknowledge me when I asked a question or said something. Got 3 bowls of ice cream.. one was the cookie dough one that had huge pieces of cookie dough not even able to eat or chop up with spoon. He was very slow. Even forgot what we ordered and had to look back in the bag to ring us up. Seemed annoyed when I said I wanted to put my number is for rewards. The guy should not be working customer service! Will not be coming out again as this was unacceptable behavior & customer service!
Update… called & spoke with “store manager Ashley”… who don’t seem to care great customer service! We will be taking our business somewhere else! Anyone around this area during spring/summer should go to Jesy’s dairy cove in mineral ridge! Now that is worth your drive! Guess it’s Dairy Queen till spring time!

Came out for the first time in years. To say this was the most uncomfortable experience is an understatement. The staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I even asked the girl working tonight’s shift if we did anything to piss her off and she just shrugged at me. All staff just rolled their eyes at us. I suggest this company reconsider who they hire for their business as this requires social skills which they all lacked. 3/1 8:30PM

I was at coldstone today with my son and daughter because it was my son happened to get an A on his test, so we thought it would be a fun treat for him and the line was rather long which was fine. These four or five men were taking forever ordering their ice cream but the boy taking their order was making everything longer by joking around with them and goofing off while his coworker was thankfully knocking everyone’s orders out. Ontop of it, he said the ‘b’ word very loudly to the guys and my four year old son especially heard. It was very unprofessional. I don’t think I should have to worry about taking my children out in public and worrying about them having to hear cuss words from a worker at an ice cream shop!

I went to Coldstone yesterday 1-22-26, I don’t go very often so I was very excited. You could only imagine my surprise when it was very apparent to me that the boy who was working yesterday was very clearly high or on some kind of substance. I believe it to be highly inappropriate and disheartening for someone like that to be working at a family establishment, especially with children around. It took him almost five minutes to make my singular ice cream and he always looked very confused or disgruntled when I asked him something. He also looked decently young which is also very sad!! They need to do better hiring people like that.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went up there yesterday around like 8:12, and me and my boyfriend just got done from a late Valentine’s Day dinner I never knew they had a cold stone in Warren and I brought it up to him and he can said we could so I was so excited it was a 24 minute drive mind you we got there and as soon as we went inside already I knew it wasn’t going to be good, there were 3 workers a lady and two guys, and we got up and I’m still looking at the selection of ice cream and she’s just waiting there looking annoyed and looking back to her workers talking to them about us, and one of the guys that’s working is giving me weird looks and making me just feel weird . I tell the lady I probably need a couple more minutes because I didn’t want to waste her time and look back to the girl waiting in the line and tell her she can go In front so she can order, but she says no so we’re just still deciding and I’m finally able to pick the flavors I want, but the lady was upset and didn’t take the order so she has someone else do it. Good thing they weren’t able to ruin my mood and I just laughed through it all and was in a good mood but this customer service is horrible at this location like I would think that if you’re working at an ice cream shop or even applied to work there you could be nicer and have some human decency, I mean it is you at the end of the day that chose to work there it doesn’t cost anything to be nice this place needs to do better and get some better workers that are ready to work like I can understand bad days but this was crazy it was all 3, the other guy not so much, anyways this was my experience the ice cream was good by the way the attitudes were not so not worth the drive but still God bless.

Me and 3 of my friends came in tonight (11/6/25) about 30 minutes before close. The guy and girl working were very unpleasant and ignorant.
The girl had an attitude and was slamming things and just being overly aggressive.
They were complaining OUTLOUD about how we were in there 30 minutes before close which sure I get it, it’s sucks cause I’m sure they started cleaning up but still absolutely no reason to act like that. It’s not like we came in 5 minutes before.
The guy said to the girl working with him that he’s tired of people ordering what they want, which he also said OUTLOUD infront of us. He also had a nasty attitude. my one friend asked if he could get whatever flavor he ordered and the guy let out a huge sigh and went I guess.
Both were very huffy and puffy the entire time along with the ignorance. I just don’t understand why be so nasty to people who came in being nice and were nice the entire time? kinda bums me out because I like cold stone, but honestly this ruined the experience

Place has gone way down hill. Not only were they extremely slow, they couldn’t get the orders right because every employee had earbuds in and couldn’t hear the orders. Asked for an Oreo overload shake love it size with cheesecake ice cream the server started to mix it for a bowl. When I pointed out that was supposed to be a shake the server then got more ice cream for the shake but put in sweet cream ice cream instead. Never going here again, highly disappointed.

Very rude workers! Waited at Ice cream selection station over 5 minutes. They had two workers and One was busy with a family in front of me. The other one walked by us three times. no hello no give us a second. When I brought this to their attention the first worker said ” you want us to roll out the red carpet”. No, but how about a little human decency! Will never be back and took my kid every Friday. DONE
