Ice Cream is decent but not the best you can get in the area by any means. It is also a little pricey for ice cream. But they do have a decent variety of flavors and toppings. The chocolate covered waffle cone and bowls are decent but again fairly pricey. But if you’re at one of the neighboring restaurants it’s decent place for dessert.

I went in with my mother on 4/20. Majority of ice cream shops were closed, yet luckily coldstone was open. So the line was tremendously long. As me and my mother were waiting, only one man was working. Not only was he serving customers with ice cream, he was checking them out. He was touching money then proceeded making ice cream without gloves. Another lady came in that clearly worked there, we’d figured to help. As she went to the back, a few minutes later she came out with a stack of hundreds and set them by the register. Then proceeded to make ice cream for the next customer. Me and mother discussed this for a moment and decided to leave because touching money and serving customers food is absolutely unsanitary. We love coldstone’s ice cream but would much rather prefer if ice cream is made with gloves on. Thank you!

I wish I got the workers name. I received excellent service. It appeared to only be one person working and the line was to the door. He was never flustered or aggravated once. My 2 yr old has a severe dairy allergy and when notified he promptly washed his hands before making her order as well as asked if we wanted ice cream from a new container to avoid cross contamination. Definitely recommend. Thank you for great service

Me and my children went into the fairlawn location. We haven’t been in a while and it’s our favorite ice cream place. I ordered three banana pudding ice cream in a cup. We all receive are ice cream and was enjoying the snack until there was a blonde piece of hair in my daughter’s cup. It’s was wrapped up in the ice cream. I understand accidents happen but maybe they should consider wearing some sort of hair nets and gloves. I advise the lady who made are ice cream and showed her. Her response was “want me to scoop the hair out for you”. Now why would I want to continue eating ice cream that had hair in it. Another woman came up and asked what was wrong and advise she was sorry and if I wanted a refund or new ice cream. I advise her we enjoyed the treat but would like it remade. She remade the ice cream for my daughter. Her reaction and quick response I truly appreciated!

Wow. What an experience. Me and two others entered the establishment about five minutes till close with high expectations and boy were they exceeded. The three girls working showed much enthusiasm in their craft and created our treats with care. As we left we were given a round of applause as they gave each other high fives showing their teamwork. 100/10 recommend this location. Great experience!

First off, Cold Stone has the best ice cream around. However, it is beyond me why they have so few fruit add ins available, and they got rid of the best one- cherry pie filling. Honestly, this is the main reason I don’t frequent it as often as I used to.
My ice cream preparer this time was a younger girl with very long braids or dreads like hair that kept going over her shoulders as she prepared my ice cream. This isn’t exactly sanitary.
I do like the outside picnic tables so I can bring my dog for a treat as well.

The lady gave us a completely different ice-cream instead of what we asked for and my wife found a blonde hair in her ice-cream.
