Wife ordered a triple pint, when she got home and opened it it was only about 3/4 full. I contacted coldstone who subsequently had the store contact us. They gave us a medium love it cup which still does not equate to the total ice cream we should have recieved. And they didn’t get the mix ins correct for the love it cup. This location charges 17$ for the triple pint, while hudson and fairlawn charge 10$. Additionally there are alot of much cheaper and better ice cream locations locally for those that don’t want to drive to the other cold stone locations. Will never go here again!

I should have read reviews before I chose them for my daughter’s special birthday party!! What a joke! I paid $90 for a cake that looked like a child drew on it and for none of the mix ins I requested. I spoke with the manager who told me he would talk to the “cake maker” and then proceeded to of course tell me he made it himself so he knows what’s in there. Well what he mentioned that “he knows HE put in there” (pie crust) was not even what I asked for! I sent the manager pictures and everything! I had to spend $55 to make the cake look presentable just to cut through it and find out it didn’t have anything I asked for. I was also told that “they are humans and the cakes don’t always look exactly like the picture” I can appreciate that to an extent but this was embarrassing!! I was told they could not comp half the price but they’d give me $20 that’s the best they could do.
Do not order any special cakes from this location!!!

Didn’t mix my ice cream very well and didn’t mix my girlfriend’s at all. The woman just placed the marshmallows on top of the container and then closed it. Y’all do know this is a certain time that you’re supposed to be mixing right? They don’t even fill your ice cream all the way up. Theyre supposed to pack the ice cream in the container to the point where it overflows. They didn’t even pack it down. I feel like I’ve been ripped off. I loved cold stone as a child but probably will not be returning here. Every business does not need to be franchised.

The staff was nice. I even gave them a tip. I got home, opened the ice cream carton to find this. Apparently they did not get enough ice cream in the carton the first time. Instead of actually adding the toppings and mixing them in to the ice cream added, they just lobbed ice cream on top, closed it, and sent me on my way. I clearly was not paying attention. This is not okay. But again, they were nice when shorting me my ice cream mix.
