I love cold stone cupcakes. Never had a problem before. I got there and there was no cupcakes in the case. The girl said she would have to ice some. She put a shallow layer on the cupcakes with bare spots on all of them. $17.00 not worth it.

This is my very first time to OH and I love cold stone ice cream so while I’m here I thought I was going to be able and grab some of my ice cream from my favorite place but today was one of my worst that I ever experience from a cold stone ice cream pollar first they didn’t greet you when walking in the store secondly, the young lady was just wiping her nose and didn’t go wash her hands and was ready to try to serve ice cream to me the second person in the store distant and knowledge. The person at all like you wasn’t there for service. So overall, your employees need to be retrained on the hospitality and service of the title of their job

I don’t frequent the place but I got an email for my birthday for a buy one get one free. Which I had showed the clerk before I ordered and she said it was fine. Then when checking out it was no longer valid? And I wasn’t able to use it. So be careful when using promos/coupons.

First time visiting a Cold Stone Creamery in years and I’m so glad that we came to this one! The atmosphere was nice and peaceful, the cashier was friendly, and best of all, the ice cream was fresh and tasted amazing! Definitely worth the price. We will be back!

This is a really nice little place. The selection of ice cream seems a little small, but the toppings make up for it. My favorite is the cheesecake ice cream with Graham crackers, strawberries, and coconut shavings. In any case, the people working there were super friendly and the ice cream is quite good. I am definitely coming back here.

I went here because I thought you get free ice cream on your birthday. However you have to be a rewards member and sign up for their emails. I get too many junk emails as it is.
So I didn’t get free ice cream. That was a bummer, but I did get the coffee lovers ice cream and it was $5. Pretty expensive for ice cream, but it was fantastic. Totally worth the special occasion treat!

My experience was just ok. Not really greeted & the prices on display is NOT the price when you have to pay. That’s NOT including tax or anything..the price on the display is $5.99 for “LOVE IT” and it rung up $7.29.
Also had a “birthday cupon” for a free ice cream but you have to PAY for one in order to get the one free.. ♀️..what if your not with another person to give it away to!?…I will not be returning back

Great place to come if you’re looking cakes— I get one every year for my kids birthdays and they love it! Full of ice cream and toppings, you can either pick one pre built or customize one yourself!
