I love the butter pecan ice cream at cold Stone creamery in London. They have so many different types. I don’t know what to order. Great experience every time I’ve been in There. Staff was great and so nice and could not have ask for better service. It was exceptionally clean. I’ve traveled to Lexington many times just to eat at Coldstone. Like any new business there will be ups, downs, mistakes and adjustments but that comes with life itself. I support all of our local businesses esp during a new opening. I loved the creamy taste of the sweet cream ice cream. Their peanut butter milkshakes are the best I’ve ever tasted. Mango sorbet was perfect. The employees were all smiles and very helpful with selections the different times I have been there. The cooler was so clean!

It’s always so clean, staff is very friendly and helpful, I have tried just about every ice cream they offer and honestly you can’t go wrong with any of them because they are all delicious! The staff is very patient and will add or take away any ingredients to best suit your needs. Definitely give it a try because you gotta have it 😉

Since they opened, we go every time we are in London! It is always so clean and bright when you walk in, the bathroom is SPOTLESS! Staff are friendly and patient. The flavors are always top notch! It keeps getting better every time we go! Love Cold Stone! The perfect addition to London!

I wasn’t impressed. We ordered two milkshakes. They were so sweet that they were sickening and I’m talking about a basic chocolate shake. They were so thick you couldn’t drink them and had to let them sit and melt. I would much rather go to Kroger and buy my ice cream and make my own and not have to give up a whole paycheck for something I can’t drink!

Ice cream is good but I’ll likely not be back. Not sure how music is picked, but hearing explicate music is not something I’m fond of in a business I should be able to bring my kids to. To make it worse, someone in front of me went behind the counter to assist the workers (hopefully management or ownership). Hearing a song with GD, F and MFer with kids inside the business is unacceptable. Heads up for any other folks that try and protect their kids.

Cold Stone is not just ice cream, it’s so much more than ice cream. Ir is so creamy and luscious. I have tried both the ice cream and shakes. My favorite right now is the Banana flavor. Wow! It took a couple of weeks to get staff trained properly on the specialties of what makes Cold Stone far more than just ice cream. If you have not tried it, you are missing a real satisfactory treat here in London.
