Girls working and they were really nice but when I got up to pay, they don’t do tap pay the owner needs to get up with the times because hardly anyone carries their cards with them anymore. I walked all the way from the hotel didn’t have my wallet which I never bring with me anyway I was gonna have to walk all the way back to get a physical card, but the nice lady at the store said it was OK and she took care of it. If only they had tap pay like every other business has to today. The owner at least has one good gone thing going for him. The employees are really nice.

Every time I see place an online order, IT IS NEVER DONE ON TIME. Previously when I placed an online order they were busy so I understood, but this time they crew was just being lazy and not wanting to work. I placed my order at 6pm and it said it would be ready at 6:26pm. We got there and it was completely empty. I even waited in the car for about 5 extra minutes. I could see through the window that the staff was just walking around talking, no customers or cars in the parking lot in site. When in to pick up my order and it hadn’t even been made yet. However someone else placed an online order and walked in behind me and got theirs immediately.

Ice cream is good, staff attitudes are terrible and they’re always out of the chocolate dipped waffle bowls. Not sure who or where the manager is, but they should definitely be in here to help out with this mess. Line is extremely long, it’s a Saturday, 3 people are here and the first two were doing the bare minimum, a ton of eye rolling and sighing. Went up to place my order and one of the guys hair is hanging too low, he has a huge booger in his nose (the main reason I left) and he just looks unkempt. The waffle batter is sitting out at room temperature but I’m sure they’re still going to use it to make the waffle bowls. I hate this is the only cold stone around. Please hire better employees.

I love cold stone so much they should literally sponsor me the short girl with the glasses who normally works night shift…I over the top love her she is so nice and patient even though I order the same thing every-time I come in LOL. But she is great! I always want her to make my ice cream wherever I come in!!

Pretty great ice cream! Love the signature creations, especially the peanut butter cup one. They could probably use another employee to tidy things up and help decrease the work load. Highly recommended!

This is the slowest ice cream shop I’ve ever been to. There was 4 people in line and it took 30 minutes to get a scoop of ice cream. I thought Trussville had more class than this. The bathrooms are unsanitary and the workers are working without gloves. Can we get an inspection and some management in here?

First time trying this as travelers to the area, and terrible customer service! Had attitudes for no reason. I was trying to get an understanding of the prices, and they rolled their and sighed at me like I was an issue. And nobody wanted to be there. Ice cream was good though.
