This company should be ashamed of themselves for using a product in their vanilla light, no sugar added ice cream. They put Maltodextrin as one of the top ingredients. This product has a very high glycemic level, and it’s not an ingredient that is good for you at all!

Was picking up order to deliver for customer and had to verify all items were in bag as customer requested (they said there is always something missing from their order, their words not mine). I was met with nasty attitude and condescension from one of the young ladies I asked to confirm the 4 items the customer ordered were in fact packaged together in 3 boxes only. Didn’t mean to bother, I was polite, just needed to confirm.

I visited this location for the first time today. When I walked.in, a family of 4 were already waiting at the ice cream counter. A young.lady was working near the register on something else. It was until after we stood there for more than 5 minutes, I realized the family who was standing at the ice cream counter when I walked in had not been helped yet. Another couple walked in and stood behind us. Fortunately, shortly after that, a young man came out of the back and advised the young lady near the registers not to worry about what she was doing right now because the line was backing up. She promptly switched gears and helped the family of 4 in front of us. Thank goodness!
Now it’s my turn, I asked for the “Everybody’s” (triple pint) to go of sweet cream with all mixins to be dark chocolate shavings. I did get the sweet cream with dark chocolate shavings, but didn’t mix in all of my dark chocolate shavings. She mixed in some and then added the rest of my mixins on top at the end. That I do not like. Just mix it all in please. I’ll be more careful about watching when I return to ensure that doesn’t happen again.
Overall, I think this is a nice location with additional sweets and treats available that aren’t available at other locations. Definitely stop by and show some love to this location. Just.be prepared to wait and make sure you watch and get what you want.

I absolutely love this place! It is always a fun time with great workers, KAYLYN IS AWESOME, good portions, great flavors & fair prices. Fun for mom and all the kids to have a nice break together.

I take my kids here every year to celebrate them going back to school! It gets them excited about education and a new school year. The service and the ice cream is always amazing. Also, it’s totally fitting for us to continue returning here because I frequent Cold Stone a lot when I was pregnant and drinking tons of milk milkshakes. Love this place!

This is a very real review and all my reviews aren’t 1 star. However I do believe businesses need more “real” reviews as you so put it. And businesses, especially these days are far from perfect. While I was there, there was even a person in the back, that yelled out of the person in the front if they needed help and she said no, im good and continued about her business. Your bothered and truly unapologetic response is exactly why your employees lack customer service
